I had a thread lift done here a few years ago, and recently came back for another. The results this time were even better than I expected. While it doesn’t replace a facelift — I still have some loose skin — the improvement in lift and contour was noticeable, especially around my neck. I honestly didn’t expect that. The thread lift lifted my neck more than I anticipated. I still have the lines on my neck, the same way people do even after surgical neck lifts, but the overall lift itself was a pleasant surprise. My doctor stays current with the latest techniques, and the way he uses the anchor method has clearly evolved. He mentioned that Botox could help improve the neck lines, and I’m considering that next. He also did some softening in my forehead, but left room for expression — just enough to look my best, not overdone. He added a bit of Botox to my chin, where it tends to look hollow. He had done this once before, but I didn’t realize how much it helped until I saw the before and after. He was careful not to overdo it, even mentioning that too much could make it harder for me to talk, which I appreciated. He also suggested Sculptra — not just to smooth the areas where the lift was done, but to help with the heaviness around my chin. That heaviness was left on purpose so I’d still be able to move my mouth comfortably. He advised waiting a month before doing it, and I haven’t had it done yet — but I’m considering it. As far as cost, a procedure like this is expensive. Some people might not think twice about it, but money is an object for me, so I notice it. Even so, the care itself — from the doctor, the nurses and assistants, and the receptionist who keeps everything running — is absolutely five‑star. They’re kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure you’re comfortable and informed. One note about the service options on Google: they didn’t list ‘thread lift,’ so I selected the closest category (‘Cosmetic surgery’) even though this isn’t a surgical procedure. Google also didn’t have an option for the work done around my lips, and I didn’t have lip fillers, so I selected the closest category available. I chose these simply so others searching for similar treatments can find this review.

I am forever grateful that I found Cupertino Medical Center for my tirzepatide after moving to the area. I’ve lost 30+ lbs and 10% body fat, the price is fair, the parking is super convenient and I have yet to have a bad experience. Ashley is great at listening to details and recommending her opinion, but she will let you remain in the drivers’ seat. I love that they measure body fat in addition to weight. It truly feels like they are committed to your goals unlike other places that just prescribe and send you on your way. Pictures are exactly one year apart.

I had the pleasure of meeting and getting services done by Alice, who is a true gem of a person and provider. She did my eye lase laser treatment, as well as neck and jawline for what I call my "gobble neck". I have seen fabulous results with both. I use to think I would need to get botox but since receiving the eye lase treatments, I no longer think that will be necessary at least for now. The excess skin under my neck is much tighter, my jawline more defined, and my necks lines are completely gone. I'm very happy with my results. Alice is a pure angel, wonderful bedside manne,r always checking in to make sure I was comfortable. Professionally she is very informative and knows so much about laser treatments, and you can tell she love what she does!

I have been trying to schedule an appointment with them as a new patient since 3 weeks. There staff is not helpful and they start asking for a 85$ booking fee claiming its clinic policy. The funny thing is when I ask them to share where this policy is documented on the website they have no proof. I told them i was willing to pay the amount if they can show the documented proof they require payments for booking a consultation appointments. They have been wasting my time for 3 weeks after giving me tentative dates, putting me in the system and not confirming my appointments. They can’t show you proof of their own medical centre policies feels quite ridiculous IMO. They don’t value your time I don’t think this is a place to go to. I told them I am going to post a review about this behavior. They didn’t give a damn. How is this even ethical?

The laser sessions have been great for reducing hair growth, though they do require follow-up appointments to maintain those smooth, long-lasting results. It’s totally worth it, and I’m happy with both the outcome and the wonderful team at Cupertino!
