Cupbop - Korean BBQ in a Cup

I received an email offering a free ramen if you use the app. I used the app, ordered my meal, tried repeatedly to apply the offer to my order but it didn't work. My husband picked it up and asked about it and they kept insisting it HAS to go through the app BUT the app isn't working so they wouldn't honor the offer. Won't order again if you're incapable of honoring your offers. We even had a screen shot showing it wasn't working. The staff were unhelpful and our orders are not marked. We have the same meal at different levels of spice, they both tasted exactly the same, and both were lacking sauce. For what we pay for food these days, youd think restaurants would be trying to keep customers coming back.

This place is good. Rice & noodles with meat and sauce. What more could you want?! Its yummy food and quick and easy. If you like spicy they can destroy your taste buds if you ask for it. Or you can get less or no spicy sauce so you can still feel your tongue later that day.

Only 3-4 tiny pieces of chicken in each bowl?? the krunch pieces are now only as big as a blueberry? Absolutely absurd packing

I’ve liked Cupbop in the past but I’ve had a few experiences lately that have been disappointing. My wife and I went to Provo Cupbop a few weeks ago and we had a poor experience with messed up order and app issues. Now we tried again and I got the salad Bob and it’s pretty disappointing. My ugly chicken was pretty gross and dry. Salad lacked good dressing/flavor. My wife however got the normal Cupbop and it was very good.

Great experience, every time. The kind of food that friends share a good time over or you eat while binge watching a tv show by yourself. Great food and great service. Came last time I was in town and it became a favorite. Brought my wife to try this time and she fell in love with it. Amazing. Made me rethink my food preferences in favor of Orem Cupbop.

The staff here is always so friendly! They make orders correctly and the food is delicious. I love that they added a veggie option and it's so good with the BBQ chicken. The kid bop is perfect size for kids. Ask for extra cabbage if you want more crunch. Go with a 5 or 6 if you want medium heat and ask for more sauce if it's not hot enough for you. Highly recommend Cupbop if you have never been. So delicious!
