I have been using Crystal lab for about 3 years now. I previous was with a lab for over 20 years. Change is hard for me. I was referred to Ray and his team and have never looked back. They do a great job in getting the esthetics and function correct. They follow my directions well. If i need anything special like a rush case or custom shading, they are there.
