From check-in to check-out, my experience at Cranford Dental was absolutely wonderful. Dr. Robinson and her assistant, April, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, especially since I had a lot of anxiety about getting a crown. They were so patient, sweet, and informative throughout the entire appointment. Every single person I interacted with was pleasant and genuinely caring. You truly couldn’t ask for a better dental experience. Highly recommend! We’re switching our whole family over to Cranford Dental.

The Cranford team is top-notch and I grew up around many dentists including my father. Hannah in particular stands out. She is one of the most personable, gentle and professional hygienist I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She does an excellent job and nudges you about areas you need to improve on. She builds long-term relationships with patients and my family values our 6 month cleaning visits.

I have been a patient at Cranford Dental since the early 2000s and I've never had a bad experience! And today was another positive experience added to the list. I never have to wait. I have personalized service with attention to detail into my story. I feel valued, seen, and cared for!

Hello, my name is Mark and I had a true dental emergency that was causing me immense pain. I called at 7:30 a.m. on a Monday morning and was sitting in the chair having my tooth extracted by 10:00 a.m. I am was very grateful for the entire experience and was back to normal in days with very minor pain. From Kathy who booked my appointment to April who was an incredible dental assistant to Dr. Will who performed the procedure I was so pleased with this wonderful group of people. Friendly, caring and professional all apply and I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone. I know they have a lifetime patient in me and will get referrals from me to anyone I know seeking anything dental related. Thank you so much for everything and I will never forget you for how you helped me.

Cranford Dental is hands down the best in Rock Hill! This family owned practice has my family’s business as long as we are in the area. Kathy is so welcoming at the front desk, and my hygienist, Debbie, does an outstanding job cleaning my teeth. I can’t forget Dr. Will, who is not only down to earth, but also a great dentist! I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental office in the Rock Hill area.

My family has gone to Cranford Dental for years. Because of distance we left for a bit, but quickly found they are worth the drive! They don't try to push extra procedures we don't need. And as a family-run business, the staff are all happy and kind and feel like family. We love it and can't recommend it enough!

This is a family owned office, and you certainly feel like you're part of the family when you're there. From the front desk all the way through everyone is exceptionally nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone seems genuinely happy to be working there. It certainly helps with any anxiety one might have to feel so comfortable. I've had some extensive work done, not just cleaning, and I'm very happy with the quality of the work. Just a great place to go for something most people dread doing. Highly recommend them.
