The women who worked here were sweet enough and helpful with questions. Ultimately, their selection was outdated and expired. The shampoos and conditioners were in terrible condition like the supply you'd find outdated at TJMaxx. There was crust all over the caps where the product had congealed and most had zero fragrance remaining. The prices were about the same as you'd pay just going to an Ulta, but the quality was subpar. It was nice to know they're around in a pinch, I guess, but I'll stick to big box stores without expired merchandise. Also, I'm reading reviews that say only hair stylists are allowed to shop here for their products? Um....whoops? I'm definitely not one. 🤣 My bad!

arrived at 5:50 (knowing they close at 6) i knew exactly what i needed so i wouldnt be in there for more than 5 minutes. got to the door and she said they were closed and they wouldnt take me. all i needed was toner and i got off work at 5:30 to just get told they wouldnt let me in, when j wouldnt even be in there at most 5 minutes. would rather drive all the way to tuscaloosa. will never be coming back here.

I went to this store looking for a mask to put on my hair. I called before coming up there and told the lady what I was needing. She knew I am not a hair professional (because of me telling her on phone) but she said they had it so I drove up there and when I went in to get it she told me I wasn't allowed in store bc I am not a pro. Well I told her I called she said oh well you should have known. The store is nice for pros but this lady was very rude

For the past three months, the ladies who work here are the best! They're so friendly, helpful and always smiling!
