Corea K-Food

Super sweet staff serves up delicious food. In our two trips we’ve tried the Kimchi Stew, tteok-manduguk, hot-stone bowl bibimbap, and the grilled hairtail fish. All were delicious.

We had an excellent meal at Corea K-food. It was honestly some of the best Korean food we have had in Portland. The side dishes and kimchi were abundant, well seasoned, and crunchy. My son and I got our usual Korean food orders: dolsot bibimbop for him, and seafood sundubu soup for me. Both were excellent! The seafood in my sundubu was fresh and cooked perfectly. Even the squid was tender. The broth was flavorful and just the right level of spicy for me. I am so happy this little restaurant has moved into our neighborhood. We will definitely be back! Give it a try!

I had such a wonderful experience at this Korean restaurant. Their soups are truly the star of the menu—rich, flavorful, and clearly made with love.

Let me be the first to say, this place was perfect. Friendly service greated us with a smile and enthusiasm. We ordered three dishes, and everything was excellent. The Tteokbokki app, and the Japchae and Tteok-Manduguk for our entrees. The open kitchen concept made for mouthwatering smells, while the food felt clean (not heavy), leaving us fat and sassy from this homemade quality meal! Can’t wait to come back.
