Another successful shopping experience at my favorite store, CH Beauty Supply! I've been a regular customer about 10 years now and so decided it's time to leave a review. Kathy, Dee & Antoinette assisted me today. They're knowledgeable & super friendly with everyone who walks through the door! I highly recommend a visit to Cherry 🍒 Hill Beauty Supply 😍

This is a clean, well stocked beauty supply that sells to the general public. Hands down, this is the best independent (mom/pop) beauty supply I have found in my travels. (And I used to live in Jamaica, Queens, where we had some pretty good stores.) I wish I had known about this store sooner, because it is hard to find a good beauty supply, especially in South Jersey. Quite literally, this is a super-market of makeup, hair and personal care products. The store is estimably as large as the grocery store next door. Cherry Hill Beauty Supply sells an impressive selection of professional color and styling lines. They also sell fragrance and cosmetics. In the back, there are wigs and hair. The store is open to the general public, so you do not have to be a cosmetology professional or student to shop here. There are three things that stood out to me when I shopped there. First, there clearance room has some great deals on brand-name cosmetics, styling products and tools. Second, I found a brand-new Hot Tools gold curling iron for $10. Third, the staff was very pleasant, especially Tammy. I will definitely be back when I have more $$ to spend.

I shop at the Cherry Hill Beauty Supply often, and have been since I was a teenager, so we're talking about about 25 years of being a customer. I've been a loyal customer because the customer service has been excellent every time I shop there. The staff, that I may add have been there for many years, always take their time to help me find what I or my teen daughters are in need of. Between the three of us constantly needing beauty products, I am a frequent shopper of this store. Their recommendations have never failed us. The recent reviews of this store is based on a false narrative. The gossip that's being discussed was from clients in the hair salon section of the store. Clients of the hair salon, NOT employees of the Cherry Hill Beauty Supply. Obviously the words heard were hurtful, out of line, and racist, however, bashing the business and its employees that serve all customers, without discrimination, is not fair. These words were spoken by CLIENTS in the hair salon, how could the employees of the store control what was already said by people getting their hair done? The manager on duty did her best to rectify the situation the best she could with the resources she had at the time. I hope this brings some clarity to this most unfortunate situation. They shut down earlier than schedule time every chance they get.. 15 minutes to 8 and closed is on the door

While shopping with my 11-year-old daughter at Cherry Hill Beauty Supply today, we experienced poor customer service. We spent approximately 20 minutes in the store, but no staff member offered assistance. Instead, we were monitored, suggesting we were suspected of theft. As we prepared to leave, an employee approached me with a lip gloss, claiming another employee had seen my daughter open it. I confirmed the product was unopened, but I purchased it anyway to prevent an unnecessary dispute. Had this been an expensive product which they don’t carry prestige cosmetics this would’ve been a problem. Great lesson for an 11 year old. Not worth an argument with minimum wage employees over 6 dollars.

Antoinette is amazing!!! She always helps me out when I'm looking for something in particular and is very kind!! Update** I will never run out of good things to say about this store! Today, Kathy helped me with some hair coloring products. And let me tell you, this woman is so sweet and really knows what she's talking about!! The people who work here always go out of their way to give you tips and tricks for whatever you're doing! I highly, HIGHLY recommend shopping here!

Dear Management, Please remember that your employees are a DIRECT representation of your business and I honestly can't believe how disrespectful, and very unprofessional your employees are. They were in the store talking very LOUD making derogatory, hurtful comments about Black Women and even went as far as to talk about how "untamed" they thought their children were. I was completely taken back and felt uncomfortable the entire time. I wasn’t the only one in the store that heard their conversation, I even seen a woman speak to a manager regarding the inappropriate comments that were being made. It’s disgusting to see this kind of behavior from a place that should be professional and inclusive especially to the very population that you service! It’s not something I want to support, and I don’t think anyone should for that matter! I can guarantee you I will not be coming back! I really hope management takes this seriously and works on creating a more respectful, INCLUSIVE environment for everyone.
