Castle Dental

Dirty equipment, rude dentist, and just poor communication skills. I had an appointment at 9:45 am for two cavity fillings. I arrived 15 minutes early, but it wasn't until 10:15 am that I was showed to a room where they shut the door. At 10:40 am, an assistant said the dentist would be in shortly. At 11:20 am, I finally got up to go. As I start to leave the dentist finally showed up, but I informed him that I'd been waiting for almost 2 hours and I had to go to work. He didn't even say anything. He just turned around and left. Please inform your patients if there is a potential delay! 2 hours of waiting is too much. Also, considering how dirty the equipment was, I'm glad I left.

Glad to inform that Dr. Dillon has replaced his front desk staff with friendly folks that have empathy for their patients. I was welcomed in and treated right away. Thank you Castle Dental for making the necessary changes to front desk staff. As always Dr Dillon and his dental assistance's are always there for your dental needs. The best clinic I could of ever brought my child to!! My child is very shy and quiet and quite nervous when he goes for a cleaning of his teeth. But the staff was so friendly and courteous that we were in and out of there in a jiffy. So worth going here I give it 10 stars!!!

Dr Dillon and his staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout. They were very professional in my exam, tooth evaluation, and did their best to make me comfortable even though I wound up having an extraction ! It was a A+ experience from when I entered the door till I left the office a very satisfied Patient. Dentist was so nice & kind. Made sure I was in no pain when pulling my tooth. Explained every step of the way. Made me feel at ease. Staff was great! The staff at Castle Dental have been friendly and professional during each of my visits. Today I had a sudden onset dental problem. I absolutely love the team at Castle Dental/Waco! The office has a very friendly atmosphere. The office team is super to talk with and is a great help when scheduling appointments. Dr. Dillon is great and has a gentle manner. Melissa, the dental hygienist, is outstanding! I definitely recommend Dr. Dillon and his team.
