Dr. Reese was very efficient and found a little something on my neck fixed it check me out I was in and out of there in a few minutes. Only thing I can say is she’s just good. She’s nice and polite.

Made an appt. Told the person on the phone what I needed. Was turned away at the appt for not being an established patient because the appt was made in my daughter’s name, even tho I never even gave her name needing the appt she is a patient already and offered an appt in APRIL for an issue I’m having right now. What a joke. Adding in December—I was now fired as a patient before becoming a patient from an "investigation," into my concerns and complaints regarding how this office handles scheduling, referrals and more. My GP tried to get me a referral to the office after seeing her for the same above issue, that referral required me to make several calls to actually have someone find the referral. The scheduling center could never find it. Then wait a very long time (which admittedly was over Thanksgiving-however waiting over 2 weeks in totally to get a call for the appt for the referral is quite long and then be offered an appt in JULY. This is all even after speaking to Charlotte the "office manager" for 1/2 hr and her admitting multiple times she could understand my frustration. She also "investigated" me and all my calls. Do NOT use this office. Find somewhere else in Casper to do.

I tried to make an appointment for my son... Fist available appt was 6 months away. Not to mention the 20 minute over the phone walkthrough of ten thousand questions. Found another dermatologist that could get him in the next week. Called to cancel my appointment and was met with the same 20 questions just to cancel. I WILL NEVER FREQUENT this office ever. They make it way too hard and not personal at all. Very Uncomfortable feeling.

From check in to check out they made me comfortable. So good to still have a good dermatology office in Casper that we can trust.

We have been seeing Dr. Quest for 8 years and have been very pleased with his practice. His manner is friendly and interested and he has found medical issues early which needed to be addressed.

Dr. Quest and his staff are the very best. He listens to your concerns and takes time to explain your options. I feel fortunate that he is here in Casper.
