Cash Wise Foods Grocery Store

We stopped at cashwise in fargo on our way out of town to get gas. I understand they were closed.as it was after eleven. After pumping gas the pump asked me if I wanted a car wash. I bought a car wash and when I got to their automatic car wash, there was a closed sign in the middle of the driveway. Today I called and had to speak to three different people to try and get it refunded. All three failed. They say they can't refund it over the phone and I am not from fargo. I guess they feel it is OK to charge for service they didn't provide. We usually stop there when we go to fargo to get gas, grocery, and beer on our way out of town, but not again. Also their premium gas was 3.049 when other stations were as low as 2.699.

I went to this grocery store last week to grab a few things for dinner and ended up spending more time than planned, in a good way. The store was pretty clean and easy to get around, even during a busy hour. Produce looked fresh and the shelves were mostly stocked, which I apreciated. Prices felt fair, not amazing but not bad either. One employee helped me find a sauce I couldn’t locate and was friendly without being over the top. Checkout moved along quick enough. Overall, it’s a solid place to shop and I’d come back again when I’m in the area.

I went to this grocery store earlier this week and it was pretty solid overall. The place was clean and organized, which made it easy to find most of the stuff I needed. Prices were kinda average, not the cheapest but not high either. I liked that they had a good selection of fresh veggies and fruits, and the deli section looked pretty decent too. The staff didn’t bother me much, but the cashier was friendly enough and quick at checkout. Nothing super fancy, but it’s a good spot to grab everyday things without any hassle. I'd probably shop here again if I'm in the area.

I called last week to confirm I had a More Rewards account as I was having trouble logging in on the app but when I tried to create an account, it said I already had one. Whomever answered the phone answered only, "Fargo Cashwise," in a way that did not make it clear they were prompting a response, did not prompt me for my request, didn't provide me a name to greet them with, nothing. I was given literally nothing to go off of other than those two words. They didn't even say which Fargo Cashwise, of which there are several. I would expect the greeting to include the street when the town is also an adjective being used, if absolutely nothing else. I actually checked to see if we had gotten disconnected because of how abrupt the silence was after they finished their two words. I am unsure if this location is simply not training their customer service representatives or if this particular employee instead chose not to follow the script, but as someone who used to work at a Fargo Cashwise, I was frankly embarrassed on the employee's behalf. The employee ended up telling me it would be best to call the More Rewards customer service number directly, and again they did not offer me to tell me the number or tell me where I might find it. They did read it off for me but only after I asked for it and then they seemed taken aback by the fact that I was ready to write it down immediately after asking. If this is a training issue, this location needs to pick up the slack in the worst way. If this is an employee specific issues, this is something that should be being addressed by guest service management in employee reviews. Employees who are unable or unwilling to follow a basic script are the number one way to ensure I bring my business to a location that I am confident has employees who can even when alternative locations are significantly more out of my way. Do better.

I like stopping in for the necessities and grabbing a pattymelt at that restaurant they run on one end of the building. Decent rotation of deals on a wide variety of foods and goods. Lovely little flower kiosk

Reasonable prices. There is a filtered water station here I use all the time. Always tidy and self checkout is painless

Came into the store earlier today to grab some food and while passing by the meat section there seemed to be a smell of what I could tell was Copenhagen. Looking around the only staff I saw on the floor was a person named Amber by their name tag.
