Carnegie Mellon University Office of International Education (OIE)

Too slow to respond. Seems like they are highly understaffed, and considering the number of international students they have and the huge fees they pay, this is highly disappointing. Other universities generate the initial I20 in just a week and CMU took much more time - was almost going to miss the visa slots.

Very responsive DSO. I was lucky to receive help from Mary, Nick, and another lady who answered my calls at the counter, and got my student status saved. The best OIE office.

I will give zero if there is, they did not help you at all, even they know they can. So disappointed to pay such high tuition to exchange such less support

Heartbreaking to be treated so badly at a school so expensive. I would do anything to go back in time and pick a different university.
