I first came to Dr. Anna Durkin 23 years ago and stayed. We live in Irvine, Orange County, for the last 12 years, and I'm still driving to visit her practice in Carlsbad. Same for my husband. Why? Because an experienced and smart doctor with skilled hands is a rarity. I have very bad teeth from childhood (too many antibiotics) and had horrifying experiences with dentists. So, in those years, Dr. Durkin extracted nerves, rebuilt my root canals, ordered many crowns for me, two bridges, extracted several of my teeth, and veneers since my teeth were rather yellow. And all that she made lasted forever, even the bridge that she made for me 23 years ago, and all my veneers made about the same time. She created my smile. And I have a doctor I completely trust. For me, it means a lot. I'm very, very grateful. Thank you so much, Dr. Anna and her office.

Anna Durkin is not bad, but her husband Anton is destroying her reputation. In March 2024, Anna Durkin fitted two crowns on my lower jaw. In September 2025, one of them cracked. I asked for a replacement. Anton told me that more than a year had passed, so they weren’t responsible. He said it was my fault because I had "inhaled" the crown. I went to another dentist, who called Durkin to request the crown’s measurements, but he refused. On top of that, he collected payment for the appointment while lying to the insurance company about its purpose. I received a letter from his insurance company denying coverage for gum treatment, tooth-colored and metal crowns. But I never asked for any of that! Anton Durkin is a professional scam artist and fraudster, capable of turning everything into dishonest money.
