I had a great experience. Today was my second visit. The office staff is very friendly. Dr Navid is a great doctor. Very patient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him.

From the start this place was great. I put off making appointments and they would call and leave messages to schedule my appointment ( which I need that little push at times). But, I misplaced my phone and the messages weren't heard right away. But, they got me an appt quite quickly. The front desk worker was nice and the doctor I seen was nice, he listened to my worries and let me know what the next steps would be. I was in and out of there quickly but didn't feel rushed or unheard and it was close to my house, too. Kudos to everyone there and thanks for a pleasant visit.

This was the worse experience I’ve ever had in a doctors office. The gentleman who assisted me didn’t even say hello or acknowledge me when he walked in. I had to be the one to greet him. He came in with a snooty attitude. Also felt hella uncomfortable when I had to lift up my shirt for him to remove a wart I had under my armpit. Never did he suggest giving me a garment or stepping out so I can lift up my shirt. He just sat there starring at me. He didn’t even use any type of numbing cream as he lazered away the warts. It was the most painful thing and when I asked for numbing he said it wasn’t necessary, which I thought was very odd. Never ever going back there again. I rather wait a month to be seen at the palmdale location, where they actually treat me like a human being.

Female Receptionist was very helpful and accommodated my request to chaperone me inside during doctor visit. Doctor was very professional, walked me thru what was going to be done. He sensed I was uncomfortable, hence the nurse chaperone but in the end I was very comfortable.

The Dr. is amazing! She listens to all my concerns and answers all my questions without making me feel bad. They seem busy but schedule efficiently this is so important as I am on time and don’t like waiting around. The office is organized, efficient, CLEAN, and friendly enough. LOL maybe the ladies up front haven’t defrosted fully at 8 am but for introvert patients like myself who like to show up, be seen, and leave it’s not too much of an issue. Thank you California dermatology Institute! Santa Clarita location is by far my favorite ❤️

I Arrived Early by at least 40 minutes.. everyone was polite and pleasant… i actually got to see the Doctor … Even Before My original appointment time .. Which freed up my morning to Do other chores before work … great service

This location was very quick with getting me an appointment as well as when I went in for my procedure. The Doctor answered all questions or concerns I had and the procedure was done before I knew it. There was no pain and she made sure I was comfortable the whole way through. Very quick and easy. Thank you
