Dr. Crystal is a great dentist! Explains everything very well. The receptionist and hygienist have all been great to me and friendly.

Wow I have a great day today!!!. As a newbie, from the time I step inside in this clinic I feel welcome and able to met friendly staff... I appreciated the good service of their staff especially Deondra. She let me feel comfortable during my check up and knowledgeable to answer to my queries..And definitely it is one of the trusted dental clinic.

Dr. Crystal and her staff have been incredible to my whole family! Extremely patient with my son who is terrified of the dentist from past experiences (different office). Gentle, kind and professional. I can’t say enough positive things about this office. I just completed some cosmetic work with her and I am so happy with the results!! Definitely 5 star service!!

I’ve been seeing Dr.Crystal since 2018/2019 we set up a plan after I had my first son (when she was at polished dental) and it was great we got a lot of work done during January-February of that year. But the only thing that would get in the way was the financial department. We would set up a plan and have to wait for a call and we would NEVER GET A CALL! We would call back and play the game of trying to get in and continue to finish the plan. Well with life and then the pandemic it never seemed to happen. Dr. Crystal came to this location which is so nice and clean. And the waiting room is just perfect! But now she’s just so busy. Which I am very happy for her because she’s the sweetest person you’ll EVER MEET! But the same issues we had at polished dental we had here. I called today because I have a chipped tooth and I knew I wouldn’t be able to be seen but I thought just to try. I explained what happened to my tooth and it’s an emergency. Where Trish who answered the phone made sure to let me know that I’ve needed work done on my teeth for some years now. I was so shocked because I’ve been trying for years!!!! I can never get in or I’m waiting on a call from the financial department to see what my insurance is going to cover! I have two special needs boys so anytime I have time to get anything done, its rare things happen. That so unnecessary and she makes passive comments like that all the time. I just always overlooked it because ABSOLUTELY EVERYONE THERE IS AMAZING AND SO SWEET!! But I won’t be returning ever again.

Friendly competent staff. Dr. Crystal is knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions. I need a lot of dental work and I walked out of the office with a firm estimate of cost in hand. This is very helpful in decision making.
