Bridging the Dental Gap

Never got back to me about setting up an appointment. Called another dentist and they got me in and out and cavities fixed all in a week for a very reasonable price. Don't bother with Bridging the Gap. They don't get back to you

I don’t have dental insurance and I had an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. They didn’t clean my teeth at the appointment. I wish they would do what I had planned at that appointment. I self pay and not happy they do these things. Maybe that’s all I had money for was to get my teeth cleaned and instead you wasted my money and time on something else that wasn’t PLANNED. They should be up front BEFORE appointments on what’s going to happen at the appointments. This is not the first time that this has happened.

Always had a good impression! But the student who looked at my teeth yesterday was really good at his job! He will be an amazing dentist!

tried calling 10 times today for dental emergency. Broken tooth and intense throbbing pain. unfortunately no answer. I hear this place is my only hopeful option since i dont have insurance nor am I wealthy. I need help and I'd expect a business like this to at least answer a phone call to see if i can even get help. (Or just get rid of phones entirely if you're "too busy" to answer it. I called several times. Just sounds like an excuse to not do your job.

Waiting on 3rd week just to get in my tooth is throbbing unable to eat most foods. I cal they say we are working on getting you in and nothing. I’ve been staying by my phone because of my pain. This is the worst services I’ve received from this place. Today is Friday and I’m still waiting for an appointment to get major help. Next week wi be a month. Unbelievable!

The staff is great. Services great. Had my first denture adjustment after a couple months getting use to them. Minor fixes. But went from 2-3 hours day being able to wear them to 15 hrs after the adjustment! WORLD of difference!!! My only complaint at this point, is I still feel, based on others I know that have gotten dentures thru the years, that mine were made extremely too loose. But otherwise they look fabulous!!! And now function so much better!

Love these ladies, they do absolutely fantastic work and the cost is very affordable:) smiles!
