Bonchon Orlando

Tried Bonchon recently and overall had a good experience. The food was really good—crispy, flavorful, and cooked well. The Korean fried chicken definitely lives up to the hype. That said, it is a bit on the pricey side for the portion sizes. You’re definitely paying more for the quality and the name. If you’re in the mood for good Korean fried chicken and don’t mind spending a little extra, it’s worth checking out.

This place is really nice, The service was a little off, we were sat and waited about 10 minutes before anybody realized that we were sitting there, another server came by and asked us if we had been taken care of which we replied no, we were sat and nobody came over. Once that was situated, we ordered a couple drinks and then ordered the seoul sampler, And why was it delicious, a little too much sauce on everything which is not a bad problem to have, just a personal preference maybe next time we will just get the sauce on the side and dip but everything was fresh hot, and tasted incredible. The Korean street corn was amazing and so was the corn dog. Will we go back, most likely and we will try something else for sure. So I do recommend this place, maybe they were just having an off day on service but other than that, everybody was very pleasant and the food was really tasty.

We had an exceptional meal today at bonchon. We came from an hour and a half north because we saw you on tik tok and we knew it was a need to try spot. Everything we ordered was so good. Shout-out to our server Danielle who rocks!

Came here to have dinner with my wife and to begin the service was slow. We came around 730pm and it was pretty empty. We ordered quite a bit of food that was certainly not worth $60. Corn dogs was small about 2 inches of cheese for $6 NOT worth it. The street corn tasted burnt and was very watery, not worth the 6$ seeing it was only 3 table spoons of corn. I had the chicken strips at first they brought me the wrong thing so I tell the waiter and she says it’ll be about 10-15. That was around 8:25PM. I didn’t get my chicken till after 9PM. AGAIN, NO one was in the restaurant but us and another couple. When my chicken came out I got chicken bites that they counted as a whole strip. NOT full chicken strips. Paying $17 for just chicken bites is insane. The food wasn’t even hot when it came out. My wife had chicken wings that barely had sauce on them. The rice was so hard I could have chipped a tooth. By far such a terrible experience I didn’t even eat there after waiting 40 minutes for my chicken bites. They closed at 9 and you could tell they were rushing us out so I felt so uncomfortable and asked for a box to take my chicken bites home and give it to my dog since they want to give me the scraps(left overs) of the night.. All I wanted was for my pregnant wife and I to enjoy our dinner as she was craving crispy chicken. This was certainly not the place to be at. Thanks Lexi for the horrible service and it should not take you a hour and a half to get people refills.

I was disappointed with a recent pickup order from this Bonchon location. I ordered the standard garlic soy wings as a small pick-me-up for my spouse after a long day. Still, the flavor seemed off compared to what we’ve experienced at other Bonchon restaurants. As a result, the food went uneaten. I’ve had positive experiences at several other Bonchon locations, so this was unexpected. The garlic soy wings are our go-to order because they’re usually delicious, but that wasn’t the case with this order. I hope this was an isolated issue, but based on this experience, we won’t be ordering from this location again.

Wonderful Customer Service and Atmosphere. Food was delicious and Fresh. Waitress was very informative and helpful. Will most definitely return.

Stopped in while visiting the area. I ordered the bibimpap soy chicken with the fried egg. I was going to eat in but decided to switch to takeout as I didn’t have much time. Unfortunately I received my order with no utensils, didn’t notice until I got back to my hotel. The taste was good but very little chicken , very little . The container was tiny . I was hoping for a little more for the $22 spent .
