It was my first visit to this outlet and was offered to have sample of the flavours of the chicken.There was a small dining area with 4 tables and orders could be placed through the kiosks or over the counter. The place was well-maintained. Adam and the lady staff was friendly and welcoming. They would check back to make sure everything is fine during dining. I ordered soy garlic and yangnyeonm wings and they were flavourful. The batter was light and crispy. The wings were plump n juicy and served hot. The bulgogi fries were served with big piece of beef and right amount of cheese. Definately worth a visit.

It was soooo good. Me and my husband used to go to a place in Provo were they had korean fried chicken called bok bok, but this place closed a while ago. However we just found a new comfort restaurant. Adam and his team were super friendly and gave us donuts while we waited for a bit. Yes, they don't give you the chicken with a lot of sauce like other korean places, but it is good fried chicken not gonna lie. Will definitely come back!!!

This might be one of the best Korean chicken franchise in Utah. They fry it fresh when you order and hand brush individual chicken pieces. The chicken itself is so tender and juicy! Adam was also amazing with the service he provided! He took his time to explain us the menu and even let us try the sauce to make sure we got the flavor we wanted. The donuts were also so fluffy and it was the perfect dessert to finish the meal!

I had the absolute Best customer service experience last night at this Bonchon location!! I’d placed an online order for house fried rice, but had somehow ended up placing it with the wrong Bonchon restaurant location (in West Valley City, UT). Immediately after placing the order and seeing the restaurant address displayed, I called that location to ensure they didn’t begin preparing the food and to request that the order instead be canceled and refunded. Unfortunately, the franchise owner at that location was not knowledgeable as to how to go about fulfilling my request, so I would’ve just been out of $15 with nothing to show for it. However, I was already near the Orem location at the time I’d placed the online order, so I went there and explained to this location’s franchise owner what had happened, and that the other location was unable to assist me in any meaningful way…Pretty much just "crossing my fingers" to see if they’d be able to offer me some sort of assistance with the matter. And the franchise owner of the Orem location (in stark contrast to the one at the other restaurant location), was Sooo very kind, gracious, understanding, considerate, and generous!!! He comped me (as in, gave me at no charge) a free house fried rice from their location, and also threw in two drumsticks as an additional act of kindness and thoughtfulness!! It So made my day, and Completely turned an otherwise frustrating and somewhat upsetting situation into a Very positive and memorable customer service experience, that further grew my loyalty and devotion to This specific location!!! 🙂 Additionally, he’s always so kind, meek, humble, and gracious whenever he happens to be the one working the cash register, that I would’ve never guessed that he was the actual owner of both that and the Lehi, UT restaurant locations.

I’m going to be honest, I’ve had a lot of wings in my life. The Korean barbecue wings are the best wings I have ever had. Adding the Parmesan fries and a Pepsi Zero to the combo made the meal and experience complete. Everyone should go to Bonchon.

The best fried chicken I’ve ever had! 🍗🔥 They offer different spice levels for every palate, and the crispiness is absolutely unexpected — perfectly crunchy with every bite. After your meal, don’t forget to try the donut 🍩 — it’s the perfect sweet ending. You honestly can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Every dish delivers! 👏

If you’re craving real Korean fried chicken, this place is a 100% must-try. The flavor is incredibly close to authentic Korean chicken crispy, juicy, and perfectly seasoned with just the right hint of spice. What shocked me the most was the size of the pieces… they’re HUGE! Totally different from KFC or other fast-food chains. The meat is tender and juicy on the inside, crunchy on the outside, and the fries are golden, crispy, and super tasty. Plus, the staff is very friendly, which makes the whole experience even better. I loved everything about it and I’m definitely coming back. Highly recommended. So, so good. 🔥🍗🍟
