My experience with Dr. Sammy and staff was good and they were professional with a relaxed atmosphere. I had a tooth extracted and they numbed the area up very well prior to the extraction. The tooth was stubborn to come out but Dr. Sammy knew what he was doing and he was able to remove it. 24 hours after surgery there is what I would describe as light pain, similar to having any major procedure done on your teeth. Overall a positive experience and I will go back.

Well as a foster family we had been going to Prairie Rose for over 8 years. Traveling even from Minot and recently was told because there was $100 not paid on the account we could no longer visit, due to it being in collections. Offered to pay the amount,and also realized they didn't have the correct address. We really liked the provider our family had seen over the years and our dental hygienist was always kind.

Hands down the BEST!! Dr Sammy, Blake, and Hollie treated me with kindness, compassion, and I would recommend them 200% to everyone!!!!! Thank you for everything and I am enjoying my new smile. When I say you all are the best, I mean it from the bottom of my heart!!!!

Dr. Sammy is wonderful!!!!! I suffer from anxiety and had an on going infection in my mouth. I had 5 teeth extracted. We are going in increments, when we are done I will have my smile back!!

I just left this place a very nice place but I didn’t get the service I needed had an xray and the dentist saw the infection in my mouth from the tooth and didn’t offer no antibiotics and told me I could reschedule to get one tooth pull for 500$ I’m so lost of words and I have a tooth ache guess I’ll keep looking around or go back home to Mississippi and get my mouth back together

Dr Perkins is the most wonderful and skilled D.D.S. I've ever experienced in my entire life not to mention his ability to make someone feel calm when anxiety is high during extreme dental work....his staff he has chosen to work along with him are also the most kind and caring and very hard working individuals I think that I've encountered in a long time in a facility where caring about what's important to another goes a long way.....I thank him and all his staff for making each and every visit memorable and that the dental care I have been provided has made tremendous positive changes in my life ..Dr Perkins has put an entire Upper Arch of Implants and worked extensively on each and every tooth on my bottoms..I went from never smiling not ever wanting anyone to see the horrible issues of my decaying teeth to my head up and loving to smile everyday...Thank u so much again

Went for the first time this morning. Ladies front desk are the best , Blake was honest and straight to the point. Showed Xray right in front of me explained what can and cannot be . That was it. Done deal I m going back 4 sure. 7 stars if I could. Tks Everyone.
