They had a great selection of salon and professional products that are not carried by regular stores. I got some Bumble and Bumble products that were on sale and cheaper than online.They have salon and professional products in travel sized bottles, so you can try without commitment.

They were extremely kind and pointed me towards a product on sale which would help me keep my blue hair for longer, lots of amazing products and overall a really cute store. They also gave me a voucher where I get $5 off next time, I'll definitely be visiting again 🙂

Products sold only to their authorized accounts are genuine Bumble and bumble. So I purchased two of the same bb products here at Beauty Plaza in December 2022. The lady at the register checking me out said "no returns no refunds" and I wasn't concerned, as I have been using the product for many years, and I liked it. I had never bought this product, however, at Beauty Plaza. At home, I opened them up, and one of them looks fine, but the other is very old and dried up/shrunk in the container. And they cost $30+ each! I didn't think to check the products before agreeing to the transaction. My bad. Never again purchasing anything here at Beauty Plaza.

Lily or Lilian not helpful. Questioning my every move in this clutter store. I tried a lipstick sample and she was just staring at me. Asked me if I'm comfortable trying on lipstick? I said yes because I cleaned the tip of with Alcohol like at Sephora. And of course, next "og you can't do that!" Done!! Do not shop there if Lilly is their.

Very helpful staff who helped me find the products I was needing, (eyebrow coloring) and encouraged me to try the samples to find the right color. It was a very good shopping experience. I'll come back again. I just checked my online receipt and see that Marilyn's name was there. Thank you Marilyn for your kindness!

A few weeks ago they advised me to get an eyebrow color to make my eyebrows lighter brown. After I tried it, not only my eyebrows but also the skin around them were black back!!! When I went back to the store to get some advice, the middle aged seller was so rude and unhelpful. No refund, no sympathy and not a single advice!! She even was lying that my eyebrows weren't black!!!! I had paid $15 for the color and then I had to pay another $15 to a salon to remove the black color from my skin and eyebrows. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
