This Bath & Body Works in the Bolingbrook Promenade has a great selection of candles, hand soaps, and lotions. The travel-size hand sanitizers are perfect for the car, office, or school. 3-wick candles are sometimes on sale for $15 (normally $27) and come in a wide variety of scents, plus they last for a good long while!

This is my second time coming here and I really hated my experience. I wanted to redeem "my birthday surprise free item." The coupon states that it’s a "free item up to $9.95 value, no purchase necessary." I walked up to the cashier, gave her my soap priced at $7.95 and showed the coupon. Right away, the cashier said that the coupon only works for travel items and you would have to purchase something with it. I asked her "even though it says no purchase necessary?" She looked in disbelief and was like "oh they changed it," not even fully knowing what the coupon said or even read the fine print. I walked away and read the fine print and there was nothing there that stated that it was only for travel items. It only said it’s a free item up to $9.95 value. So I decided to ask another employee on the floor and she didn’t even bother reading the coupon either and said the same thing it could be used for travel items or maybe a bar of soap. As soon as she said that, I walked out of the site and that same floor employee looked disappointed as in like aww you didn’t want to get anything. Well, yeah y’all didn’t want to accept my birthday freebie so why would I waste my time in here or even bother reading the fine print of the coupon. Terrible customer service. Never coming here again. Really irritated about my experience so I decided to go to another BBW. The cashier there rung out my soap and coupon no questions asked.

I had a truly upsetting experience at the Bolingbrook location. I came in with a great attitude and made a purchase during the sale because I planned to give it as a gift. I politely asked for a regular bag instead of a promo one, simply wanting it to look decent — nothing unreasonable. Unfortunately, the cashier named Gwen made the entire interaction feel humiliating. She was rude, dismissive, and acted like helping me was a burden. She pretended not to understand such a simple request and gave off the kind of attitude that makes you feel completely unwelcome. Even worse, her behavior made the customer behind me feel entitled to start acting impatient, like I was the problem — when in reality, Gwen simply wasn’t doing her job properly. I have to say though, the store manager Yasmeen was the only bright spot in this whole experience. She was kind, respectful, and professional. She handled my complaint with grace, and I genuinely appreciated her calm, helpful attitude. That said, I will never return to the Bolingbrook location again. The way Gwen treated me was unacceptable, and no customer deserves to be humiliated or dismissed like that — especially not in front of others. Bath & Body Works seriously needs to re-evaluate who they’re putting at the front line of their brand.

Good atmosphere friendly workers, lots of things to choose from and good prices.

This might be my new store! It has a boutique vibe that made me regret my online order because I really wanted to stay and browse awhile. I love the lighting and color coordinating of the products and the short while I was there they seemed to have plenty of everything. The staff was friendly and I was in and out in a few minutes.

Front greeter didn’t welcome us but a few minutes later another customer came in of a different race and greeted them very kindly and even offered them a basket and recommended products. We didn’t feel comfortable considering the cold shoulder attitude.

Great selection of candles, soaps, lotions, aromatherapy etc. Very helpful and friendly staff. The store was well stocked, a very nice shopping experience.
