Aspire Dermatology - Barrington Medical Center

I had a great visit to Aspire yesterday. Everyone was very friendly and the office was very calming. Alysha checked me in and was very courteous. Kate (MA) was very friendly, fun and outgoing, she made me feel right at ease. While I was waiting to see the Doctor I couldn’t help notice how people were responding to Ava who was not only checking people in, but handling all of the payments and insurance questions as patients were leaving. What struck me is how everyone was smiling while interacting with her. When I checked out after seeing the Doctor I had a chance to chat with her and she was very welcoming, professional and courteous. Such a great experience at Aspire.

Being my very first visit ever to a dermatologist I was quite impressed! Amanda was super friendly and explained everything throughly while I waited for the doctor to come in! Dr Buntinx was very professional and let me know everything he was looking at while doing so! I felt comfortable and appreciated his professionalism! The entire staff was very welcoming from check in, to the examination, to check out! I highly recommend Aspire.

I had Mohs surgery this week and was treated so gently and carefully by the medical assistants as they prepared me with local anesthesia. Dr. Michaels performed the surgery, evaluated the "borders", and completed the sutures with compassion and careful expertise. The whole procedure was efficient, pleasant and finished within 2 hours. I highly recommend Aspire !👍

No wait. Staff were attentive, pleasant and professional. I received accurate information as the process went along in language easy to understand. There was a small glitch with getting my prescriptions sent to the pharmacy that required additional steps from Aspire’s office.

The office staff and most clinicians are wonderful but the doctor who removed my skin cancer was absolutely terrible. A year later my scar (from a 1 half inch lesion) is 4 inches long and the uneven, ugly stitch marks remain visible. This from a cosmetic specialist. I will never go back. Dr Michaels and his staff were great. Excellent experience, everyone was very professional and pleasant. They explained the procedure so I knew what to expect and what was going on.
