Aspen Dental - Omaha, NE

Needed a dentist who actually cares about my oral health and found it in Dr K. He is awesome! The whole staff from reception (Suzzie) to the hygienist, who are very thorough, (Mandy and Wendy) are very friendly and caring. They take care of all of my oral health issues at a reasonable price.

This was my first visit to Aspen Dental, and I had a really good experience from start to finish. I want to give a special thank you to Maury (Mo), the office manager, who took time to clearly explain the costs, next steps, and all of the information I needed after my appointment. He was patient, transparent, and made the process feel easy to understand. I also really appreciate Susie at the front desk. She was kind, welcoming, and incredibly patient while helping me get scheduled for my first appointment and even calling my insurance to make certain they were indeed in-network prior to my appointment. Both of them made my first visit comfortable and stress-free. I'm grateful for the care and professionalism they showed. As a business owner myself, I always pay attention to the overall customer service of an establishment, and all of the staff I interacted with today were great. Highly recommend this office - 7059 Dodge St. Truly just a happy and friendly group!

Aspen Dental on Dodge Street in Omaha was the most professional place for a dental office that I ever have been in. The staff was polite courtesy and very helpful throughout the whole time that I was there. The dentist went above and beyond to help me out really a great place to go looking forward to going back. I just had 2 wisdom teeth pulled with Dr. K and Wendy and they were absolutely amazing! Explained the step by step process and not to mention the entire process was so quick. This place is amazing!

My experience at Aspen Dental was great. While my initial wait was a little long to check in, it was because they were taking time and care with the patient before me. Everyone was nice, professional and welcoming. I just moved to Omaha and I'm so glad I chose them as my dental provider.

I thought the receptionist was rude. Im no expert on insurance but i didnt think i needed to be. Especially since I had been there previously with the same insurance. However, they didn't have my records on file, and even with my $2k benefit plan and 90% coverage for services they recommended it was going to cost me $1300 out of pocket and they could find no way to at least give me the cleaning insurance would cover bc in there words now that they identified a problem It's not ethical to provide me with options I can afford with my insurance much better to let me get no cleaning so all my teeth rot i woukd laugh if it wasn't so ironic and sad.

The staff is friendly and competent enough. There's something just disturbing, however, about having an employee that we just handed over $700 to for a simple, single tooth extraction start pandering for good reviews not because they were warranted but because it gets them free Starbucks gift cards. Do better, my dude... It is wrong on so many levels to beg a good reviews simply so you can get coffee instead of asking for reviews based on customer experience and the quality of service. I noticed none of the ladies were pandering for good reviews.....
