I definitely was given a new person. I got eyebrow and top lip wax. She wax over my top lip multiple times so much so that I have scars in my lip thats is still burning eight hours later. As far as my eyebrows she waxed it, tweezed it and threaded my eyebrows and they still look like a long loss second removed cousins. My eyebrows also have scarring on them. When she finished I had to ASK her to put aloe vera she proceeded to slap it on my face and it got all the way in my mouth. A terrible experience do not go here or make sure that they put someone experienced on you.

****HIGHLY RECOMMEND**** My first time here the customer service is 10/10. My appointment was at 1:45 with Seema but by me being already in the area I went a hour early. It wasn’t busy at all. I got the eyebrows wax service and I was not expecting the threading at the end to clean up 😩 Threading is not my thing, but she did a good job 👏🏾

Would not recommend this place for any intimate waxes or waxes in general. They burned my private area on the inside from the temp of wax being way too hot. If you ever need a service concerning waxes, please go somewhere else. Luckily I was refunded..bc if not there would’ve been a lawsuit with proof and only one woman, who didn’t even do my service, was really trying to help accommodate my inconvenience. If it wasn’t for her I would’ve really built my case to take the company to court but I was still trying to be gracious even after I got hurt and possibly will have to seek medical attention. After several tries I got my money but like I said get anything like that with another place or a lady who know what they doing.
