AEA Academy

The person who is in charge of this school was so unprofessional. Long story short, she was such a sweet talker when we signed our children up, later when we had to pull our kids out due to relocation, she made it so difficult to have the remaining tuition refunded, and we were informed tuition is refundable at very beginning. She ignored answering phone calls, did not respond messages. When we finally meets her in her office, she had no smiles or eye contact. I am not sure how she can run this school successfully in a long term since she has no standard professionalism?! If I ever could suggest, hope she treats parents and students with respect and keep it at professional level in the future.

Great school! Teachers are knowledgable and very experienced. Online class has given us more flexibility during covid. Will definitely sign up for the coming summer program!
