Go somewhere else. Not wild about his lack of manners or care. My appointment was 45 minutes delayed early in the morning. Then, when he came in, he was so brief he missed all four of the cancers I came in to have him remove. I had to point each one out and he'd say, oh, missed it. He briefly and carelessly ran a polarized light on my arms. I had to point out the things on both hands and my nose. I asked about things on my chest, but he didn't remove them, though he also called them cancer. When I asked him about some anomalies, wondering if they were keratinoid or warts or folliculitis, he patronizingly said, we call them old people spots. Don't delete this review people need to know.

He’s the first doctor to really listen to me and took all my symptoms and put them together. After two years of trying to figure out what’s wrong with me, he dig deeper and sent me to an oncologist.

He was very thorough and helpful understanding my situation.

I arrived a little early for a full body skin check, but had to wait 40 minutes. It seemed someone without an appointment who arrived after me, was taken first. He used a polarized light briefly on my face and arms. Brief, as in less than 35 seconds for the full body. I pointed out growths on each hand, and he said, "Oh that's a cancer, I missed that", for both of them. I showed him one on my nose, and he said the same thing. He froze them off. He took a flash look at my body. (Full body check) I asked what a growth on my leg was called, and he said without looking, "We call those old people spots". I was hoping for a more intelligent and less patronizing response. He could have actually looked, and might have known instantly if it was folliculitis or a type of skin tag or whatever. He didn't give me an iota of hope that he cared about me or his job. Find someone else. Don't go here.

Arrogant, didn't examine me, talked down to me. I felt like he was annoyed and wanted to leave the room for another patient. I didn't have any of my concerns answered. He was quite awkward to talk to, very domineering. There are so many wonderful doctors to choose from in the valley, unfortunate I ended up in his office. Definitely would not recommend.

Dr. Sorensen recently completed a punch biopsy on my anterior chest. He clearly explained my diagnosis, treatment and path forward. His professionalism and knowledge made for a great experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Sorensen.

Dr Sorenson is always helpful and gives us options to treat what’s going on. Very knowledgeable!
