The staff and April Silverberg exceeded my expectations! All of my questions were answered patiently and thoroughly without my feeling rushed in any way. A couple of minor issues were taken care of during my appointment at no extra charge because they took the time to check my insurance to clarify that I did not need a separate appointment. I was VERY grateful! When you find a practitioner this wonderful you spread the word and I definitely have!

Just the best officer probably ever been to. The staff, the doctor and his assistant, Jonathan very attentive. I did not have to wait to get in to see the doctor. Very professional

Very quick exam by Dr. Zook, before I made an appointment as a new patient, I went on the Aetna Website to make sure that he was in network and yes, it stated that he was . After I had my exam I was notified that although he’s in network, the group that he works with is not so they doubled my co-pay to $70. this is contradictory and it seems like a scam to me . I’m very disappointed

The staff at the S. Myrtle Street office are excellent! The care and concern demonstrated from check-in through check-out is above and beyond. Evie went the extra mile recently to find a way to fit me in for a same-day appt. when I called recently with an unexpected issue that had created much discomfort. Dr. Gloria Lopez and Dr. Matthew Zook listen patiently to my concerns and fully explain my diagnosis. Each takes the time to present all possible treatment options and respects the ones I choose. I highly recommend this practice!

First visit and I couldn’t be more impressed! Dr. Amy was absolutely amazing — kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions without rushing. The staff was just as wonderful — professional, welcoming, and helpful. A special shoutout to the front office assistant who was so friendly and efficient. I’m really glad I chose this office and highly recommend Dr. Amy and her team to anyone looking for excellent dermatological care!
