A welcomed addition to the Factoria area. BORI specializes in Korean comfort food. The Gopchang Jeongol - beef intestine hot pot easily serves 3 people. It was filled with vegetables, tofu, and beef. Super tasty. The kimchi fried rice with Spam brought back childhood memories… our household ate a lot of Spam… too much Spam!🤤 The only compliant is with the banchan dishes, I’m accustom to 6-8 rather than just 2.

This restaurant was recommended by local Korean friends. Recommended menu was Classic Bossam. I enjoyed Bori’s Bossam. Portion was pretty generous too. Radish came with Bossam was a bit blend. Nakssam (Spicy octopus with pork belly)-it wasn’t spicy enough if you’re a spicy food lover. I wish they would customize spicy level. Side dishes were just kimchi and another pickled veggies. Not 3-5 side dishes we would expect from Korean restaurants. We arrived there right after they opened. Tables filled up pretty fast. Service was pretty fast. I would go back there again and try other menu. If you like Bossam, this was worth to try.

The food is soooo delicious! I like Bossam the best. Chicken wings are juicy. Tofu soup is also great. I added shrimp and mushroom. They serve a variety of mushroooms then. Waitresses are very friendly. The decorations are pretty. The only drawback is that they don't offer varieties of free apptizers.

The Gamja-tang hotpot was so good! The only thing disappointing is that they only offer two side dishes and have various options of sides for purchase. The whole point of a traditional Korean restaurant is the sides. But anyway, the sides are great and worth a try! Hopefully, they’d consider providing more as they get more stable of the business.

This place is delicious! Our favorites are the gamjatang (it’s big so be prepared to share), and kkangpeungi (wings). Everything we’ve tried so far was good though so you probably can’t go wrong. Their fish is also plentiful. The one thing I wish they provided more of is side dishes! It feels a little strange to eat a Korean meal without the abundance of the banchan but it doesn’t stop us from coming back. It is a smaller restaurant but they’ve seated us with a party of 8 without issues.

The service and the atmosphere is simply excellent. And the food is stellar! We had the Korean fried chicken wing, the stone-bowl bibimbop, and the Kalbi Tang. All so good. BORI has maybe the best Korean fried chicken in the entire greater Seattle area. Maybe even dethroned Seoul Street at Ann Arbor, which is a long-time holder of the number 1 KFC place in my book. We will definitely come back!

Best place to get Korean food around Bellevue/Seattle. I enjoyed their Korean army stew and their bossam along with their Korean seafood pancake. Great flavor, portion sizes, and service. Highly recommend and would come back!
