Shinobis Panini & Bōl Co.

If you haven't tried Shinobis you NEED to! Its literally a hidden gem. Nowhere in town but here are they serving a Polynesian Hawaiian cuisine. Everything is made from scratch with lots of love. They also do Bandit breakfast burritos till noon (which are bomb.com), brunch on Sundays and even catering! You literally can't go wrong with anything you order.

Meat was well seasoned and flavorful! We really enjoyed our dishes — ordered two gyudon rice bowls (with fried eggs added), one spam fried rice, and a side of spicy cucumbers (see photo). Spent about $13/person. The meals were well balanced, and the Sprite tea was surprisingly tasty. Be mindful that it’s a small staff, so give them a bit of grace when it gets busy. The setting is beautiful, with a coffee shop in the same area and other vendors nearby to explore afterward. Highly recommend!

Oooohhhh my gosh! Moco loco and macaroni salad are unbeatable. The gravy is legit! Can't wait to come back and try the next thing on the menu. We are so lucky they are here!!!

Gem. Delicious food, would have taken a picture when it looked pretty but it smelled too good to paise. Great atmosphere, fun spot.

Got the Korean bulgogi paining and the mac salad and what a great combo!!! The panini is amazing with the kitchen and the mac salad is so creamy. I'm now going to be a regular now that I found this is the armory.

Egg fried rice is super tasty, big portion! Plus I got a strawberry limeade from the coffee shop

This restaurant is outstanding! Eating in the atmosphere of the armory again was super fun. We got the Bulgogi and Philadelphia steak Panini‘s. The servers were wonderful and even gave us some burritos as we left that we left over from an event! We are definitely headed back to try the Hawaiian type offerings that we are familiar with from a past vacation.
