Unsanitary. Unsafe. Please do not bring your family here. Completely unprofessional. The medical assistants have completely forgotten why they took the path of healthcare in the first place😔 Your oath means something ladies at the front desk😷 The medical staff are not supposed to continuously talk, joke and have fun at the patients expense. You are supposed to have patience, tolerance, compassion and consideration for your clients. Let your religion and beliefs be your guide, do not reduce yourselves to your baser instincts ladies. Unfortunately these women do not care about your needs or the help that you need. They walked out on my appointment. Didn't care about the patient I attended the appointment with. You can do better. Be better. Extremely Dirty. Not Covid Friendly Unsanitary. They would not let me take pics inside. Disgusting

Came in to my appointment today and was seen right away. The girls at the front were very pleasant and the provider that saw me today Sakina was not only very informative but also was very careful/gentle during treatment. The office overall is very clean with excellent caring providers. Would recommend this place and will continue to come back here for future visits.

I've noticed that some of the interactions with nurses can be challenging. It would be great if they could communicate in a more respectful manner, using polite language like 'please.' Patients often feel vulnerable and stressed, and compassionate communication can make a significant difference in their overall experience. I appreciated the doctor's knowledge, but I found the appointment scheduling to be inaccurate, which resulted in a long wait time to see the doctor. It would be helpful if they could improve their appointment management. Moreover, during the consultation, I felt that I had to initiate many questions to understand my skin problem fully. It would have been better if the doctor proactively shared more information with me, considering that I came to the appointment seeking resolution to my concerns.

They will lie to you about your medications and completely disregard medical records. Tried convincing me spironolactone is the same as acutane. After doing more research, turns out they’re just not capable of providing the proper care that’s required for patients on acutane so they will try to sell you something else that’s more "convenient" for them.

Was referred to this clinic and when I called, the lady answering was rude and didn't let me make an appointment because I needed additional documents. Now that I have them, I have been calling time and time again, and they never answer.

I only could say good things about M. A. Medical Dermatology. They helped my son with his dermatology needs, which the PA is extremely professional and informative in getting the right treatment. Including the Assistant that has done a great job on his facial treatments. The front desk is very helpful and courteous in making appointments. We have had Great treatment and experience here!

Literally, don't even show up here . Worst customer service from the front desk lady. She keeps putting me on hold. I'm trying to make an appointment. It sucks when people apply for this job position, and they don't even wanna help out their patients with their appointments. It's just a simple phone call.
