I am a both a patient of Dr. Janakiraman and a the medical aesthetic’s side of the office. I am new to the office within the last 18 months. As a primary physician, she listens and treats me in the best way possible. She also treats me in the Med-spa side. I have to say, I have been getting Botox for 12 years, and the results I am seeing since switching to her office are better than I have ever experienced, without increasing my units. I am very pleased with the service and treatment by Dr. Janakiraman and the staff.

I have been with this clinic for a couple of years. Dr Neha Janakiraman is great and attentive. There is also Nurse practitioner Liliya Krivoruchko. She has been helping enormously as well. I am mostly surprised how prompt Liliya is in responding and sticking to all the timelines they communicate. Actually the girl at the front desk is great and very patient as well. I gave this clinic a chance two years ago and very happy. I guess Dr Neha is also good at finding the right people to work with. Thank you

If I could give zero stars I would. I've been to some pretty terrible doctors, but my GOD was this place top three for absolute worst. I saw Dr. Janakiraman once during my initial visit with her, and it went starkly downhill from there. I have a disability and I scheduled subsequent visits with her as she is (was ) my PCP, however, she had someone else do my appointments for her WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW and she only showed up to those appointments in the last five minutes! Everything with her is a battle, from getting referrals, to setting appointments, and even having her inform you of your care and next steps for your care. Her and her office staff speak to you and treat you like you are nothing more than worthless and a nuisance. I was excited to have a fellow woman of color as my provider, but she has proven to be unprofessional and rude with the worst bedside manner. As a person who works in social services myself, I have a question for those who work here: why would you become a doctor if you are not willing to be empathetic and listen to your patients? Just a waste and a huge disappointment.

She is search an amazing doctor she listens and take into consideration what you want. out of all the doctors that I have seen she is definitely one of the best. She’s very kind and patient and a very, very good listener and cares about her patients. I highly recommend her
