Dr Poti is the best Dr I've ever had. Also, the staff and nurses at the Rancho Cordova location are top tier. I've been dealing with my cancer for over 17 years and have had many experiences with different providers and insurance companies. This team should receive awards and should be the example kaiser has for all offices. It's always a pleasure to go there, even when its cancer.

Years ago, I could not stand Kaiser! However, the past decade, Kaiser has made a complete turnaround and I will not use anyone else as long as it's available. The doctors are terrific!!! Mine always take time to answer any questions, are really easy to talk to, never dismiss any of my concerns (no matter how goofy) and even read and respond to my e-mails! I can see test results the very next day (or 2) and can see a history of my treatments. The website is so easy to use and extremely informative. Doctors are professional, kind and mine each have a great sense of humor! The nurses and support staff are equally kind and professional. I can't say enough about how great Kaiser is!

I had a physical with Dr. Sahar Sarkeshik today and had a really positive experience. She was a great listener and took her time with me. She reviewed my medical history, and asked questions about my family history of cancer and diabetes. She also ordered the appropriate labs to be proactive. I would highly recommend her.

Well, the acupuncture specialist dropped me from his practice rather abruptly and I don't understand why. I think it's because while I was waiting I had to get up and use the restroom. There was no one around to ask so I just had to get up go to the restroom. Apparently he finally came into the room "late" and I was not there at that moment. This must have upset him somehow. When he asked me if I had improved from last time I said "no, not yet" and somehow that was grounds for him saying that I must not be responding to treatment and he is going to send me back to my doctor. That is funny because the first treatment, I did say I felt slightly better and he told me that people usually don't respond that fast? So what is it? I respond too fast the first time but not fast enough after the second or third time. Clearly this person has some sort of issue with me to do a 180 like that? Very unusual and unprofessional, and definitely felt personal. And during the acupuncture orientation class I believe that I heard him say that it can take many, many treatment before people start feel pain relief? So he was lying in orientation or conveniently changing from that concept to remove me from treatment. Again, it just felt personal and I was very nice and cordial. I guess it is a sin to get up and use the restroom when you got to go. But how am I supposed to not go and then sit there for 20 minutes with needles in my back?

My first appointment with my new doctor Sahar Sarkeshik was the best experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. I am always anxious about going to the doctor I get a lot of anxiety in general but also about my health and so I was nervous going in but my doctor was incredible. The most patient, and kind doctor. She was eager to listen and hear my concerns and when she didn’t have the answer to one of my questions she answered to the best of her ability and told me who I can contact to get the accurate answer to my question. So calm so nice I felt so understood and very heard. I recently switched doctors and locations I used to see a doctor at the Roseville riverside location and I had an awful experience where I felt like I was fighting to get someone to actually listen to me and help me instead of brushing me off and telling me there’s nothing wrong. I’m so glad I switched my doctor because she is amazing and I can’t wait to go to the doctors next time because I know I’m being taken care of!!

Dr Chun was welcoming and thorough in her assessment of my wellbeing. She took the time and asked pertinent questions and provided great advice. She was kind and thoughtful with her inquiry. The visit was helpful to me.

This provider that I seen in Rancho Cordova was straightforward and honest with me throughout my visit and I highly respect that. She seemed to show care and concern for her patient. Initially I get seen at the promenade in Elk Grove. My doctor is out on maternity leave the fill-in doctor for my doctor was very condescending narcissistic sociopathic rude did not show care concern for the patient. Seems like he’s just there for the paycheck. it was a disgusting encounter. His name was Dr. Pandey said that he would get penalized for providing FMLA to your patients. This is unacceptable my previous doctor provided me FMLA for my severe neuropathy, and I have a documented disability through the state of California Department of rehab rehabilitation, and he still would not do my FMLA. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau the news channel, my lawyer, and the state medical license board.
