Despite the Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator being unpleasant, no smile-no smirk- literal personality of an unbaked potato- all else was well. Dr Menke had great beside manners, intentional, engaging and approached my concerns with curiosity and knowledge. Addressed my current and future skin concerns. Very thorough. Plus he’s easy on the eyes - reminds me of REACHER (TV character). The pharmacy dept was also great- good communication, follow up n quick execution. I would return but I don’t want to encounter Ms. Potato Head. All the best

The staff was very professional. The doctor explain to me what was going with me and how he was going treat it.. Absolutely a wonderful experience i would recommend them to all friends.

Horrible experience, my wife developed an infection after a procedure, no post op care, and if you have a problem you can’t contact a person, you only get call centers. Do not use!! Beware, Don’t worry, I’ll be contacting my insurance company so they drop you as a provider! All weekend long, nobody contacted us for help!

I was swelling up because of a prescription they gave me. I reached out on the portal and was told no further direction on how to use the rest of the medications they gave me. I’ve reached out numerous times to Dalton & his assistants and they won’t respond. I’ve also called multiple times and you can’t speak with anyone. I’ve left messages on the nurse like & operator but no calls back after weeks. I don’t recommend since their communication is awful.

Very friendly staff! I arrived early and got seen right away! Dr. Menke greeted me w a hand shake (a first!) and made small talk during my appointment. Highly recommended!

I would like to rate higher, but their communication has been pretty disappointing. I reached out for follow-up questions on my lab work on multiple (6+) occasions over a 4 week period with no reply. I reached out not only through the online portal, but also through several phone calls. I was either sent to voicemail or told I would receive a call back from nurses. Still waiting for a reply in week 4.

I went to two appointments and paid $400 each, yet my issue still wasn’t resolved. I decided to give them one last chance, but they cancelled my third appointment the day before. Extremely disappointed and feel like I wasted my money
