Shannon Foster, MD

I just had my first appointment with Dr. Foster. I am over the moon about her she is absolutely wonderful. I am so impressed at what she was able to accomplish in a 15 minute appointment. All while able to be calm, respectful, not make me feel rushed, answer my many questions, and do a very complete exam on me. She is very professional in her explanations. Her assistant was also very kind and helpful. Dr. Foster clearly knows what she is doing and is a very knowledgeable and compassionate provider. I'm so glad I found a dermatologist I can stick with.

I would Dr Shannon foster a zeo if I could . My kid was referred from an urgent for body rash and we spent less then 10 minutes with the nurse that was hurried us along and wasnt friendly and the exam with the doctoras a NEW patient ,no pictures were taken of body rash and given a prescription and lotion and body wash samples to try .I didn't get time for questions .Both staff seemed to not have time for us , is it cuz my kid has BCBS CHIPS insurance ? Or is that how new patient appointments are ? We went to check out and Dr foster recommended we follow up in 1 to 2 years . I asked reception if that was a mistake of return time for a new patient with new prescription and body rash that was worsening even with prescriptions from urgent care .She came back and said yes . Now moving forward the body rash didnt improve and i called Dr foster office for a recheck appointment and her solution she just called in another prescription without seeing the body rash or making an appointment. That shows to Me that she didn't take the time to care about patient care . However we went to another wonderful dermatologist in missoula and guess what ?? My kid was dignosed with ezcma ,pictures were taken of body rash and given a prescription and follow up appointment in 2 weeks .How terrible that Dr foster didn't diagnose that months ago , I DONT recommend her unless u want to pay a specialist, get treated bad cuz of your insurance and thrown out like garbage and my kid didn't receive the treatment my kid deserves .

I've seen Dr. Foster for years. She's always attentive and makes me feel heard and respected. She's friendly, and has made time for me even when she has a full schedule. No complaints, highly recommend!

I saw Dr. Foster today, her office was so kind and got me right in. Dr. Foster and her nurse were the best. I had a small growth on my shoulder. She explained what the growth was and how she was going to remove it and it was gone. No pain. I will see them again!

I absolutely love this Doctor. I was having trouble with my skin and was sent to her. She was polite, friendly, informative, efficient and had an amazing nurse. I cannot recommend her enough. There was virtually no wait time, she got in me very quickly!

Hands down "the best"! I always look forward to getting her honest opinion and moving forward. She helps you age gracefully, if that is possible! 💃💞💃 I meant to give her 5 stars🥴🎉!

Dr Foster has always been prompt and through. One of the good ones.
