I have been to several dermatologist that were not very attentive to my needs but Dr Lepine, was FANTASTIC. I had psoriasis very very bad. He put me on a new medicine, help me get it and followed up. Six months later 100% clear. 100%.!!! He is older. He keeps his record on paper still, but I bet he has spent a lifetime building knowledge to help people and he did me. I did not feel like I was on a conveyor belt with someone that just wanted to know what insurance I had. You got a skin problem, stay away from the places that set up like spas. Go to this guy if you want results.

This is the worst doctor's office I have ever been to. Good luck with having someone to answer the phone, and don't even hold your breath with getting a call back. I've been going to this places well over 20 years when Dr. Lepine was there. I have never had these kind of issues. They gave me creams, but would not give me what I was getting when Dr. Eugene Lepine was there. I have eczema on majority of my body and I get one tube of medicine with minimum refills. So, in order for me to get my eczema under control I have to go in to get more creams. I'm not very please with this place at all. It's not like this place is McDonalds, it's a Doctor's office and people need help. So, not answering the telephone and not calling back is horrible customer service!! Dr. Lepine took his time and answered questions thoroughly. The person I seen, seemed a bit rushed.

He is the best doctor I have ever been to. I was misdiagnosed by my ex-primary Dr. and changed to Dr. Lepine. He knew w/in mins. what I had.It was pustular psoriasis, not eczema. I don't know how I could have kept going without his help. I am now on Cosentyx which is helping. Dr. Lepine takes my calls the same day, sometimes immediately, rather than making me wait days for a response. He has even called me back after hours to help me. He is KIND, EXTREMELY INTELLIGENT, PATIENT. He listens to every word you say and never rushes you. You know by looking at him that he truly cares. My only problem is that he only has one handicapped parking place. I am in a wheelchair when in public and a walker at home. Other than that he is a perfect doctor.

As a new patient, I found Dr. Lepine to be professional and very thorough. I found him to have a pleasant manner, to listen to and answer all my questions completely, and to have a good sense of humor. Highly recommended!

Dr. Lepine is totally old school; however, he knows his stuff. I went to Dr. Lepine around 10 years ago after finding a rash on my face and parts of my body. After seeing 4 other dermatologists they all told me it's an allergic reaction. I finally went to Dr. Lepine, and he looked at me and said immediatly, "you have poision ivy"; which I did. Over the years, due to changes in medical insurance I had to see another local Rock Hill practice and they basically sucked. I'd go in for one thing and they'd say I shouldn't worry about my issue and they would find something else that if coded properly would net them a higher reimbursement. Naturally, I no longer go there. I just went again to Dr. Lepine for the same thing I went to the other practice for and he took care of my issue in no time. Their office is pretty outdated (flashback to the late 70's)..but in reality, who really needs a state of the art medical practice when you have a provider who knows his stuff. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Lepine has alot of knowledge. I have been to different Dermo, and I have had this issue all my life. Now I'm cured for now. Very pleased with service. His office isn't with the updated computer. But, I'm cured.

Worst mistake I could have made was going to this dermatologist. He was rude, didn't seem to know much and was not helpful in answering my questions. He did not even seem to care. Everything about the office was as outdated as his attitude. The only reason i came was because this was the only office to take United Healthcare in the area. Never again!
