I have been trying to schedule an appointment for HS since Oct. 16th 2025. I have yet to talk to a living person as I am always met with their mailbox. I have yet to receive a call back to schedule said appointment, or even just to be told if my referral has to be renewed.

Pointless experience, very weird... Went in the first time for a dr referral. Office was old and not tidy, room was dirty. Sitting in the waiting area, I heard one of the doctors or whatever talking badly about a patient that had just walked out the door. Uncomfortable, made me question being there. Heard them gossiping again about a man. When I went back, I was told she was going to check my blood pressure, she didn't. I gave her a detailed list of my medications and reasons I wanted to be seen. She documented it all, kept one list. Told me to get down to my bra and put a paper vest on...that was unexpected for the reason I was there... Waited for about 20 minutes hearing gossip on and off the whole time. "Dr" came in, examined my upper half and legs...I wasn't there for moles...She did all that, double checking certain areas, told me everything is fine. As far as the issue I did go in for, she just told me they dont do what I needed there and to call my insurance about it....... Like you could have told me that before I took my clothes off! The whole experience felt very weird and uncomfortable, but I was very kind to everyone there. Even after hearing them all discussing me outside of the room. I'll probably never go to a dermatologist now, honestly. 100% dont recommend, unless you want weird vibes and to be talked about... Plus pay for absolutely nothing!

Discriminates based on type of insurance, despite accepting the insurance. Told a friend to jump through extra hoops to get an appt, even though she doesn't have to do so with other types of specialists. Makes it difficult to get an appointment based on the type of insurance that a person carries. My friend is scared because a mole had a rapid change, and their classist policy is forcing her to wait, instead of allowing her to set up an appointment. Either way they would be paid, either by the insurance or by the patient. But instead of allowing her to set her appointment, she is instructed to wait additional time to complete the "company policy" required insurance hoops first, that only specific insurances are asked to jump through. Thus creating additional stress for someone already highly concerned, and adding unnecessary time to a likely already long wait time to get in. This was flat her entire life, and now all the sudden it's raised, and not slightly raised either. It's dramatically raised. But ohhhh no... "our policy" is to not consider rapid changes when it comes to people with her insurance, even though, yes, we accept it. Call back when you have completed your hoops! 🙄

The doctors and staff are so considerate and friendly. A great place to go to. Have been going there for many years and reccomend it to everyone.

Amber was knowledgeable and absolutely amazing. I felt heard with my concerns. She got down to business and didn’t sugar coat anything. I love an honest doctor and who takes her job seriously!

They moved locations and are not informing their patients. The patients show up at my work looking for them and are rude and angry with my staff even though we are not affiliated with this business in any way. They also never answer their phones.
