The procedure was done in a timely and professional manner. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and welcoming. Everything was explained to me and I was invited to ask any questions that I may have had.

NP Amy is wonderful! She helped address my concerns and was just so kind and understanding. The assistants and office staff are so nice and helpful as well. Dr. Wheeler is also great!

Nurse Practitioner was great, but she was the only one. The overall tone/vibe of this practice is not happy. Over 4/5 visits, each time I was led to a room, began answering questions, and yet that person never introduced themselves or their role. (having worked in the medical world for 35 years, this is one sign of unhappy workers). A simple punch biopsy took 30 days for the practice to provide the results. The injectable medicine they recommended was $4,000 ($87 co-pay) every two weeks. Based on the signage, literature, and promotions in the practice, I assume they are more interested in skin resurfacing, wrinkle removal, and using their lasers than dermatology issues.

I do not have lots of money. Live paycheck to paycheck as many do. The doctor and staff were very nice however before you let them do anything at all you had better check about cost. I guess that don't matter to the doctor makes a lot. It does to people like myself. Had to pay $80 more for something that had nothing to do with my visit. She saw some.sun damage on my arm and ask do you mind if I spray something on it. That's it. That's all that was said. I have insurance but they don't cover that I guess. I told her but she just sorry as they took 80 bucks from me plus my 35 co pay. Just be careful when they ask you just so innocently " oh you have some sun damage do you mind if I spray something on it?"

Staff very welcoming and friendly. Never a long wait. Almost always in with the doc by my scheduled appointment time!

I have been coming here for just over 2 years year. The entire staff are the best I have met. Everyone treats you as if you are part of their family. Very friendly and professional. I have had skin issues (cancer). Dr. Wood examined me on my first visit to make sure the issues has not returned and no other issues are present. I would recommend this office and this Doctor to everyone in your family.

Pleasant, timely and thorough! Really nice staff, felt 100% comfortable and they fixed 110% of my issues. The extra 10% from taking off a skin issue I didn't know they could or would. All in my first visit. I'm so thankful I went and would encourage anyone thinking of going to just make the appointment. I'm so pleasantly surprised!
