She was so helpful and patient that I immediately felt at ease and confident that this was the right place for me. That first impression really mattered and set the tone for my entire visit. At the front desk, Alison was equally wonderful. She took the time to clearly explain all the different treatment options, pricing points, and any available discounts. She made everything easy to understand, never rushed the conversation, and ensured I felt informed and comfortable from a logistical standpoint. Katrina, the nurse who performed my treatment, was exceptional. She spent time walking me through the treatment itself, the available options, potential side effects, risks, and her professional recommendations. Her approach was thoughtful, thorough, and reassuring, which made me feel completely comfortable and confident in her expertise. Overall, the entire team worked seamlessly together, and I felt genuinely cared for at every step. Their professionalism, experience, and warmth really stood out. Dr. Jhin is the best dermatologist I’ve ever had! I drive all the way from Santa Cruz to see her and her team at Premier Dermatology. For years after I moved, I tried to find the same level of care but just never found it so now I make the drive. Her exams are thorough, she takes time to answer all of my questions, and listens well resulting in perfectly tailored approaches for me. I trust her advice and recommendations, which is a great relief considering how inundated we are these days with information. All her staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and clearly passionate about what they do. Highly reccomend!
