I loved my experience! The staff was wonderful and friendly. I was really impressed with how they took the time to understand my needs and I did not feel like I was being rushed. No high pressure sales instead let me make the best decision for what I needed. Everything from payment to the sweetest, most gentle handed injector I have ever had was wonderful!

Horrible experience. Used a Groupon for Botox on 12/18/25 for forehead and elevens. Bought additional at full price while I was there for crows feet. Left with a HUGE hematoma on my left eye that lasted through Christmas. Felt while I was there that the botox was not done correctly, and I've had it enough times to know. That and I'm an RN formerly working in the industry in Florida, so I am well aware of what to expect. After one week, I knew it wasn't right. They asked me to wait a full two weeks. I did, and rescheduled to come back in. That appointment was cancelled by them, and rescheduled again for the end of January 2026. Why on earth why I go back to have my face abused again. Lesson is don't use Groupon there for one, and don't expect an experienced ARNP. I'm not given to posting bad reviews, but I spent $650 there, and had absolutely no results. It was as if I never had botox. By far the worst botox experience I've ever had in my life. Don't waste your money or time.

I completed about 10 sessions of Venus Viva and saw absolutely no improvement in my skin condition. Despite this, staff continued recommending additional sessions of the same treatment without any reassessment or adjustment. I later consulted a licensed medical provider who explained that the treatments i received were too superficial to address my specific condition and that meaningful improvement would require care from a qualified medical professional using more advanced equipment. At LightRx I was shown before-and-after photos that, in hindsight, were unrealistic and misleading - especially considering that the staff providing my treatment were not licensed medical providers. Overall I feel misled by their promises and believe a refund or partial reimbursement would be fair given the complete lack of results.

Honestly i wish i could give this place a -5 star review. We arrived at our appointment a little early just in case. (230 appointment time) we had to sit and wait 50 minutes past the appointment time to be called back. Meanwhile people are coming in way after us waiting for 5 minutes and being brought back. When I asked was it normal to wait this long the lady at the front desk decides to get an attitude and tell me "well you can't rush some one with a needle in their hand" fist of all that's not what i asked and your condescending attitude was not called for. If the appointments are not at the time your scheduling them then why are you doing it that way. Then you give me a fake smile and tell me I can wait in the lobby instead of being with my wife! We have been other places and its completely normal to have someone with you. Front desk lady needs to worry a little less about all the fillers making her look fake and start worrying about how to treat your customers. I would not recommend this place to anyone if that's how you operate!!

I’m not super thrilled and will not be back. I understand being behind, but 55 mins of waiting after an appointment time when people have jobs is unacceptable. When asked if it’s normal to take this amount of time we were told by the receptionist that "you can’t rush someone with a needle in someone’s face" in a very sarcastic and condescending tone. Then once we finally got in the room she proceeded to tell my wife to wait in the lobby. I asked why she couldn’t come in with me as it’s my first time and she said the room was too small. I truly believe it was either bc we were gay and she didn’t approve or she was just being rude bc of the question of time earlier in the appointment. We will not be back. The nurse injector was lovely and seemed knowledgeable and I did really enjoy her so it’s a shame.

The staff is very friendly and the prices full on line with other places… maybe even a little less. I’ve had all sessions and saw significant change in my abdomen and back of my legs. I plan to go back in the future to have other areas touched up. Oh and I love the staff. By the time of my last treatment they felt more like friends than just a business. Great group of gals!

I love the girls there. I don’t have to worry about a favorite one because they are all so good. Ease to answer questions or concerns I had about a procedure and also kept me educated on what to do and not do to get the max benefits. I’ve already seen a huge difference and feel more confident.
