It was so easy to schedule my appointment and I was seeing promptly. Audrey was absolutely wonderful and really listened. The MA that took care of me before Audrey came in the room was also just great. They were both professional and warm and friendly.

Appt was on time no long wait They listened Caringly to Me, Handling My situations with the upmost Best Decisions of Care Treatment needed. I would Highly Recommend this Dermatologist group to Friends and Family 🙂

Very impressed with Dr. Jajou and the staff. I ask the nurse questions before he comes in for exam and he later repeats what I have asked. He is kind and open to any questions and the nurses are very accessible. I had a precancerous growth on my neck removed a few years ago so I do go in with some anxiety and I leave feeling listened to and properly cared for.

Today was my first visit as a patient. (My son has been a patient for many years.) I could not have been happier. When scheduling my appointment I was able to get in within a week, and then actually got in even earlier due to a cancelation. (They will text you if an earlier appointment opens up.) I had a very short wait and was then taken to a room by a very friendly and cheerful assistant. Audrey, the PA came in quickly and we went over all of my concerns. I scheduled another appointment for a follow up for next week and am looking forward to a similar, positive experience!

Dr JaJou is amazing as is the Pinnacle staff. Check-in was simple and quick, and I was in the exam room receiving care before my scheduled appointment time. As for that care, Dr. J is one of the most compassionate, thorough, and personable doctors I have ever known in my 72 years! As always, great job!

I’ve never had a better doctors office experience! I was brought back at my actual scheduled time, the medical assistant went through all of my history and questions before the doctor came in. My provider was Wendy and she was so efficient, knowledgeable, and made me feel so comfortable. I did not feel rushed, I felt like she answered all of my questions and listened to me. From beginning to end, I was there for less than half an hour. I couldn’t recorded this office enough!
