I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Krad who performed a cataract for my right eye. Later I had to have the left eye surgery when I had a problem with the retina. Unfortunately communication with the office is a nightmare when an urgent matter happens. Nobody was returning my callS. I had to drive to the office to get the attention needed. Necessary steps were taken for me to be seen by a specialist on the same day which was fantastic. After treatment and obtaining clearance for the cataract surgery, I tried to contact the office, coordinators, office manager to arrange for my surgery and Nothing. This situation truly infuriated me and now I really think that perhaps using AI would be more caring than humans.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Omar Krad the last 3,years and I’m really satisfied with his service. Dr Kard is one of the most honest doctors I have met. I went for a consultation about 7 years ago and he told me that my eyes are not ready for surgery. About 3 years ago I went to another nearby doctor and said that I’m really tired of my glasses and would like to get the cataract surgery and be able to do without any glasses. He told me he can do it. But not feeling comfortable with the doctor I decided to go back to doctor Krad and get a second opinion . Dr Krad told me that the technology is not there yet for my condition to do without glasses after my surgery. He suggested to wait a year or two. So I waited a couple more years and went back to him again. He said there is a new technology , Light Adjustable Lenses, that will help me to do without my glasses.
