I had an appointment at 11:00 and arrived at 10:50. I waited until 11:23 before being taken to a waiting room, where I remained until around 11:47 without any explanation or updates. When I stepped out to ask about the delay, I ran into the doctor, Dr. Roberts. As soon as I tried to ask why I had been waiting for so long, she interrupted me and repeatedly told me to go back to the room and wait, without allowing me to speak. She then went in to see another patient, which made the situation feel even more dismissive and frustrating. When Dr. Roberts later came in to see me, I asked if I could be seen by a different doctor, as I no longer felt comfortable continuing the visit with her. She took me to speak with the front desk. The interaction with the front desk was also uncomfortable. I was told that no replacement doctor was available and that I would need to come back on another day. Despite not receiving care, I was informed that the visit would still be billed to my insurance. Overall, the lack of communication, empathy, and professionalism from both the medical staff and the front desk was disappointing, and I expected better treatment as a patient.

The young girl who changed my bandage kept me waiting 1/2 hour after my appointment time. Not counting the time that I was early. I don’t like waiting for the doctor that long never mind a young girl in training. Plus she doesn’t know how to bandage properly. The first time she bandaged me it started to come off right away. This time it is just sloppy and hurts. Sorry but you asked me for it my opinion, so I had to be truthfully honest. I’ve had great experiences with Lauren and PA Hahn, so I’m disappointed

There are not enough good things to say about Dr. Roberts. Her knowledge of Dermatology, goes beyond what one expects, in this day and age. I can not express, how she has helped me, since I met her. The staff also reflects her integrity and knowledge. H. Lawrence

I had a wonderful experience. They genuinely helped me manage my eczema, and I’m thrilled to continue working with this fantastic team. Update: Dr. Roberts goes above and beyond to assist me with my skin condition. She consistently finds innovative ways to provide relief, and I truly appreciate her routine. I eagerly anticipate my next appointment.

My experience at this dermatologist's office was a total scam. At my first appointment for a cyst removal, the doctor was completely unprofessional. She numbed the area and then cut it open without protecting my blonde hair, which caused blood to gush down my head, drenching my hair and face. When I told her about the blood, she totally dismissed me. She informed me she could only remove one cyst per visit. A week later I came in for a follow up to get my stiches removed and scheduled my next appointment a month later. ​After paying a $40 copay for each visit, I went to my third appointment expecting the second cyst to be removed, but the doctor told me I was not scheduled for a procedure, just a follow-up. I told her that was what I had come in for on my previous visit when I got my stitches removed. She apologized and blamed it on her admin staff. It's clear they do not communicate, they are unorganized & are just trying to get the most money out of their patients. I will not be returning here ever again.
