Was planning to visit this but I notice a lot of fake 5 star reviews by people who’ve given less than 5 reviews. Seems like an unethical practice that uses review bots to bloat their reputation

Office Closed! I booked on ZocDoc with Karen Chen (PA) and received several confirmation emails. I show up and there’s a sign on the door saying "Office Closed." I tried calling there number twice and no one picks up. I’m super disappointed that I took time off work for this appointment and California Skin Institute can’t keep track of their booking calendar. One star!

I recommend this office if you have any skin concerns. I have a growth on my face that raised some red flags and wanted it removed. Dr. Hsaio is very knowledgeable and explains not just treatment options but also what to expect. The staff is also very professional and helpful.

Dr Hsiao is the best doctor; he spends time getting to know you and your health history. I wish all my Doctors were like him. The office staff and assistants are awesome too!! This is a friendly environment.

Dr Hsiao was great. Good bedside manner, addressed all of my questions, explained everything clearly and gave clear follow up instructions. Office staff were pleasant and helpful.

A biopsy was done. The excision was quite painful, but the diagnosis was different from another dermatologist’s visual diagnosis. Good to know. Thanks

Dr Alvin Lee has been my new doctor since the month of August and I am very happy with him. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He has a wonderful personality and he is very patient and explained every question I had. Today he performed a moss operation on my scalp and he did a wonderful job. It was not my first one but it was the most pleasant one. I will keep going to him very confident that I am in good hands.
