I can’t say enough good things about Susie and my experience at SkinRitualist! I’ve had two treatments with her so far, the VIP facial and the acne facial and both were incredible. From the moment I walked in, Susie made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. She’s one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet, and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. She took her time with every step of the treatment and explained everything in detail what she was doing, why she was doing it, and how it would help my skin. I really appreciated how informative and patient she was. She didn’t rush through anything instead, she made sure I understood my skin and what it needs. After my facials, she created a personalized skincare routine for me, and it’s made such a difference already! My skin feels so much healthier, cleaner, and more balanced, my acne is completely gone, She truly cares about her clients’ results and goes above and beyond to make sure you leave not only glowing, but confident and educated about your skin. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely amazing with Skin Susie is the one! I 100% recommend her to anyone who wants to give their skin the love it deserves. This review is long overdue…I’ve lived in South Florida for over 15 years and have been to a lot of aestheticians, but Susie is truly one of a kind. For years my skin was basically being treated the wrong way, and I kept using products that just weren’t right for me. Susie was the first person who brought CLARITY and correct products. She always knows exactly what treatment my skin needs, especially when acne pops up, and clears it up efficiently. She’s direct (I want someone to tell me EXACTLY what to do and use), but she’s not pushy at all. She explains why she recommends certain things and completely understands if you need time to build your "skin wardrobe." Zero pressure, ever. I also have to mention the MesoJet treatment. This was my most recent treatment that I had never done before and it’s hands down one of my favorite treatments I’ve ever had. The glow was insane (instant), skin texture, any post blemishes — gone within a few days, fewer wrinkles almost immediately, especially under my eyes. Again, THE GLOW. Beyond the results, Susie is just an amazing person. She always makes me feel comfortable and welcome, and going to see her genuinely feels like catching up with a good friend who just happens to be "fixing my skin."

Every appointment feels tailored specifically to my needs, and she always takes the time to explain what she’s doing and why. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and the results speak for themselves—my skin looks absolutely flawless every single time I leave her chair. Not only does she create an amazing experience, but she also makes me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the entire process. Susie is just THE BEST! She took my acne prone/upset skin and absolutely changed it for the better! She does an in depth consultation to discuss your skin/overall health. She makes excellent recommendations and I am now LOVING my skin! She has an adorable studio right in downtown Hollywood with plenty of street/lot parking for a very small fee. Her studio is clean, relaxing, and I greatly enjoy my time with her. Sometimes I am so relaxed I fall asleep! These facials have changed my life and I cannot recommend enough!
