Kate is very knowledgeable. She took time to answer my questions before leaving the room. I am very satisfied with my care there.

I am very happy with forefront dermatology. The staff and nurse are very kind and accommodating. I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I receive from Kate Sedlaczek she is so careful to check everything out very thoroughly and thank goodness because if not for her my melanoma may have gone to a very dangerous place!! I have ha and always have things that need to be removed and she patiently explains what it is and how to care for it!! I have been to other dermatologists who have not been in her league of care!! I couldn’t be more pleased and will stay there as long as she’s there!!!!

Update: the treatment worked and she is so happy with the results. I continue to use them for my yearly check ups. The staff is always so nice. Kate is a wonderful Dr. And really listens and cares. I highly recommend her and her team. Took my 8yr old in for something she has been dealing with for over 1yr.. Kate and her staff were wonderful. They made my daughter feel really comfortable and we got some answers/a treatment plan. Thank you. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff. The girl who was with me prior to Kate was very nice and answered some questions I had. Kate was very thorough and diagnosed my issue and presented a plan of action. I will be seeing her again in 6 wks. I would highly recommend Kate!

The staff was very friendly and they got me in quickly. Kate listened to what my concern was and took immediate action which included treatment in house. Schedule a follow up and have me aftercare instructions and was very open and detailed about the medication she recommended. Overall great care.

Office staff greeted us promptly and using the online registration made that process a breeze. The doctor actually called us back and took us to the room. She was kind, professional, gave us options and planning ahead just in case this regimen doesn’t work. Highly satisfied!

I had A wonderful experience here. Dr Sediaczek and staff were friendly, and very knowledgeable.I was handled with such professionalism.Dr Sediaczek addressed all issues and took care of all of them! I have alot of sun skin damage that are now going to be treated and resolved 😊Even discussed and took care of skin issues I was not aware of.This is my second visit 😊I was so pleased I have another appt in place.
