Almost always taken on time. Once in treatment room am always seen within a few minutes. Dr knows his field and diagnoses instantly. Follow up is a little weak but acceptable nonetheless

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I booked my appointment two days in advance, gave them every piece of insurance information they asked for, and was confirmed for a 9 AM slot. I even had to drop my son off early at school and rush over to make it on time. When I got there, after handing over my name and insurance card again, I was suddenly told, "Oh, you need a referral from your primary doctor or you’ll have to pay $200." Are you kidding me? Why wasn’t I told this when I made the appointment? Why waste my time, my energy, and my morning just to spring this on me at the front desk? This is unprofessional, careless, and downright wrong. Patients deserve clear communication before the appointment, not last-minute surprises. I walked out feeling angry, disappointed, and completely disrespected. Because of this, I will never return—and I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone.

The quickest and most efficient health care appointment I have ever had. There was no waiting time and the registration process for me as a new patient was very quick. The entire visit only took 20mins. Doctor Madison Amos was very on point and explained me everything I needed to know to make a decision.

I showed up exactly 10 minutes late to my appointment and was told it was canceled. The last time I came, I waited over 30 minutes to be seen. It’s frustrating that patients are expected to be perfectly on time, but the office doesn’t hold itself to the same standard. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful of people’s time

Went here with my husband who needed a procedure done and we felt welcomed. They were very efficient and clean!
