Dr Rholdon is extremely kind and considerate! She spends as much time as needed answering my questions and explaining medical conditions to me. Her bedside manner is always compassionate. Her knowledge about the newest and best treatments for skin care are exemplary! It is refreshing to have a dermatologist tell me what I can expect from my aging skin and what she can do to help after all those teenage years in the sun!!! Her office staff is kind and always works with me to schedule or change appointments when necessary! I HIGHLY recommend her to those of you looking for an dermatologist who has your best interest at heart!!

My many visits with Dr. Rholdon have been better than exemplar! Dr. Rholdon is so compassionate and she is very thorough at every turn. I have referred many of my friends to her and everyone just loves her. Her professionalism is beyond compare.

Dr Frankie Rholdon is the best of the best! After seeing other dermatologists for the same health issue, she was the first one to take the time to diagnose, treat and repair my medical problem. Dr Frankie is focused, relatable with a warm bedside manner. When she moved off rue Louis XIV, we gratefully followed to her new practice location. Also, she has a wonderful nurse who thoroughly explained all the how-tos of aftercare treatment. Five Stars!!!!!

Dr. Rholdon is amazing! From the moment I walked into her office I felt comfortable and cared for. Her bed side manner is wonderful and her knowledge is exceptional!

She has a horrible bedside manner and zero compassion. We saw her once and left horrified at the way she spoke to my daughter. I was surprised because she came highly recommended by my co-workers. She seems competent in diagnosing skin disease, however based on her bedside manner and her rude staff we will never return.

I was a patient of Frankie Rolden for a few years then she moved her office. When she moved her office she did not notify me. After she moved her office I went to my appointment at her old office and there was a sign on the door saying she moved. I call her office to get the new address then headed there for my appointment. When I got to the new office they told me I did not have an appointment and did not have my records anymore. The times I did go to her I had to wait at least a month to get any results. I only got the results because I called asking where my results were? She is not reliable.
