I have been seeing Dr. Bansal for years and have always been completely satisfied with all her services. I recently starting treatments with Rose and I am thrilled. She is amazing!! Not only is she incredible at what she does but she's so friendly and personable. I just love this office.

Follow up appointment for my daughter was already scheduled for October, yesterday i call to ask why I didn't receive my text message regarding it, the month is almost to end. Gave necessary information the receptionist kept putting me hold , returning n saying they don't have my daughters' chart nor her information. I then asked is it because of the fact that I gave a honest review on the way we were being treated concerning my daughter's prescription. Only after the review within hrs my pharmacy kept calling to collect her prescription. Its was from April till almost last few days of June of being back n forth , the office manager Sophia refusing to take my calls or return emails . Instantly after 1 star review miraculously the discrepancies were resolved. This morning I was informed by the receptionist Dr Banzal placed s note on my daughter file stating she isn't to be seen unless I remove the 1 star review. Then she went on to say we cannot get an appointment. I was then transferred she said to Dr Bansal but it was another person who then started to yell at me I said hold on who are you speaking to ? I was then told I sent in a wrong fax which wasn't their official form, I said if that was the reason why wasn't itold wen a priority partner member was on a 3 way call with the office clerk n I confirming the procedure n the forms to be faxed. Also how come despite the fact the forms was incorrect, after the review the pharmacy called n said the prescription was ready for pick up. I was then told if the review was not removed they wont schedule my daughter, I then said i will add a nx review. I mentioned again we were treated like this because of our skin color she hung the phone up.Its really sad because wen i did the first review I received an email stating wen my daughter had her nx appointment Dr Bansal with personally be the one oh well I guess for telling yhe truth we were denied an appointment.

Waited months for a first time patient appointment with Dr. Bansal. She was rude, standoffish, and gave me about 15 minutes of her time rushing through. Asked about the use of anti-aging prescription topical treatments and she gave no guidance whatsoever on how to incorporate into my skincare routine. She just signed off on a script for the strongest dosage and walked out of the room. Stay away from this practice. Bedside manner is awful. She has a 2021 violation from the state medical board for employing an unlicensed person to perform treatments for years. Avoid this practice at all costs.

Three months ago, I went to another practice to have a few pre-cancerous growths on the top of my head treated. The dermatologist sprayed the entire top of my head and a lot of my face with liquid nitrogen – 1st and probably 2nd degree "burns" all over. Horribly painful, scabbing, bleeding, itchy, pus-y! My primary got an emergency appointment with Dr. Bansal. She spent plenty of time with me, explained that the other doctor had me on incorrect medication, treated me and put me on correct meds. Although I’m still not totally "cured" – and probably never will be – I’m sure without her treatment, I would be in a lot worse shape. Thank you, Dr. Bansal!

Dr. Julia is always thorough and I am confident that after the exam everything was done properly. Dr. Bansal’s office is well managed and they keep to the schedule. No long waits. The entire experience exceeds my expectations every time!

Friendly receptionists, not too crowded, didn't have to wait long to be seen. The PA is friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and didn't try to push products on me. I am very satisfied with the service I received and would recommend to friends and family.

I'm super happy I found Dr. Bansal's office and her wonderful team! Most of my appointments have been with Brooke Bennett and she is phenomenal. She listens and answers all your questions, but most importantly makes you feel comfortable and is simply the sweetest! I had a procedure done with Dr. Bansal herself once and she was just as great. The entire team is incredibly nice, including the ladies at the front desk. They're always on time, which is perfect if you have an appointment right before work. Would definitely recommend them!!
