P. Baird, the NP has always been great. She is kind, proactive, and informative. Getting an annual may take some time, but they can always get you in quickly if there's an issue. Highly recommend!
they always over book which leaves you waiting at least an hour for your appointment. the staff always seem to rush thru my ultrasounds and give up on them when "the baby isn’t in a good position" then print out crappy pics. every appointment they’re asking you things that they should know based off a look at your chart and therefore give you false info. they had me thinking my baby was small for 2 months all bc they weren’t paying attention to my due date even adter i corrected them on it every appointment. THEN at the last appointment brought up a possibility of down syndrome bc AGAIN they didn’t pay attention to my correct due date and or had it documented incorrectly and thought my baby was in the 5th percentile when she’s actually in the 55th. so: 1. poor scheduling 2. poor communication 3. poor documentation 4. and lack organization
My daughter was a patient and the staff does not know what the left hand is doing and the right hand does not know what the left had is doing. The appointment staff is rude and do not give you correct times the check in staff are rude. They cannot keep the records documented Correctly at all from 1 Dr to the next. You are told you will only see 1 Certain Dr that is not true they tell you one thing at the visit and next visit totally different. The pre labor staff ask why they do not take blood when you go. Good question. To You report your blood pressure to them they do not look at it only want to add more medicine to you. Do not care that the medication is not good for the patient and the baby is big and doing harm to the Mom they do not care. Just take MORE MEDICINE and the DUE DATE is WRONG and they will not listen. This group needs to be looked into by TennCare for they way they do practice.
They have been very friendly to us in the Mommy and Baby facility. They have been very informative and yes friendly 🙂 we have had a great birth and a very good time here. Thankyou all.
I have tried the same doctor at the women’s center for 3 years. It is the worst I’ve ever seen. The office staff was nice however the nursing staff and doctor was rude and not very knowledgeable. For every test I have had ran, no one has EVER called with the results. I have to call back multiple time to find anything out. The doctor has had no clue about any of the previous visits. Very unprofessional. This was definitely my last year at this practice.
Most absolute incompetent people in the UT facility. It should never take an hour and a half after your appointment to see a doctor. Whoever does the scheduling is incompetent and needs to be terminated because they over booked everybody. Do yourself a favor and find another OBGYN. These people do not care about you or your time. Highly not recommended.
Dr Janelle Moulder is excellent!! I would definitely highly recommend anyone to see Dr. Moulder! In a matter of just a few visits with her, she thought outside the box and was able to help me when no other Dr could. I had seen more than a handful of Dr's in a course of 5 years, because Dr. Moulder is constantly thinking about her patients and listening to them, she was able to finally take my pain away, and did more for me than a specialty hospital could. The entire staff at The Women's Specialty Care Center have been polite and very helpful. Dr. Moulder on many occasions called me herself, instead of just having a nurse or someone else do it. I am very thankful that I found Dr. Moulder and the Women's Specialty Care Center!!
