First of all the office is very easy to find. Secondly, the office is beautiful and calming. The staff are so kind and pleasant. They are very efficient in getting you seen quickly. If you have all your paperwork completed ahead of time via text message.Dr. Schuster is great. Very impressed with a whole office visit and will return for years to come. I wish all my doctors office’s were like this. You got this photo because I like the lamps and the hanging mirror.

I had such an amazing experience with Isabel and Anna her LPN. From the moment I walked in, I felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answered all of my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Their knowledge and attention to detail really stood out, and I’m beyond happy with my results. It’s rare to find someone who is both incredibly skilled and truly compassionate. I wouldn’t trust my skin with anyone else! highly recommend!

Absolutely abysmal customer service. I scheduled an appointment several weeks in advance, completed my paperwork, and showed up on time. My appointment was confirmed via text message. When I arrived at the appointment, the front desk worker said my appointment had been canceled! She said I allegedly no showed an appointment with them 5 YEARS AGO. Because of that they refused to see me. What a waste of time. They said they left me a voicemail explaining this, but there is NO record of that on my phone. NO missed calls OR voicemails. Terrible policy that cost me a whole morning. I got a babysit and made arrangements to come to my appointment for them to treat me like garbage. Definitely cannot recommend this establishment if you value your time.

I always get called back to the room pretty quick. I don’t have to wait long before the doctor comes. Dr. Shuster has always listened to me. She is very knowledgeable and helps me understand what’s going on with my diagnosis. Her staff are very nice and helpful. My experiences are always very pleasant ones.

My new favorite doctor! Love Mary Shuster and her staff. This office is prompt and to the point. They listen and advise. No long waits and gets right down to business. I’m happy with my results every time and look forward to returning. All my doctors are Galen for me and my whole family. Love the entire practice honestly!

Professional, friendly and caring. Great staff. Relaxing atmosphere. Dr Collier is awesome. I was concern with a mole under my eye and she made me feel comfortable about having it removed. She has definitely found her calling. Her smile and professional demeanor will relax any fears you might have. Sahara, her assistant was awesome too. This is my go to dermatologist for any future needs I might have.

Isabel Warren was absolutely amazing. She is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. Her professionalism and care made the entire experience exceptional. Highly recommend.
