I made an appointment with the doctor over a month ago after recently moving to Tallahassee. When I arrived i was examined by an FSU student that did a thorough exam and was great, but he is a student. I was told that I would see the PA , not the Doctor after the student did the exam. The student filled my prescription, set me up with lab work. The PA finally came in to say goodbye and never asked me a question or had any concerns about the pain I’m in and why I was there. I was told that you don’t see the doctor even though you schedule the appointment with the doctor and you see a PA which is a joke for about 10 seconds. Basically I had a student today for the visit and they will bill my insurance company. I explained myself and concerns about not seeing the doctor and the PA. I shared my concerns with at least 4 of the staff who, didn’t care because this is their normal procedure. This can’t be ok with the insurance company or legal to bill my insurance for a student exam, no PA or Doctor examined me. I left a message for the manager when I returned home, I probably won’t ever hear back. Don’t go to this place of business it’s definitely a scam for the patient and insurance company.

Absolutely wonderful. I've had many issues over the years, most having to do with pain, injury, debilitating migraines, broken bones, back pain, you name it. This office, these people are absolutely wonderful. You're not treated like you're on a conveyor belt. You're listened to, actually listened to, without being put on a timeline, like there's a quota or something on how long they can spend with you. I am always treated with compassion, professionalism, and excellence. So thankful to have found them. I've been going for years, and I will continue to go to them. Case closed.

Dr. Yvette Mignon, MD and her Medical Staff are amazing. You couldn't ask for better medical care. They are very attentive, patient oriented, and make sure you receive the proper medical treatment and care. My mother was a patient of Dr. Mignon, MD before she passed away, she absolutely loved Dr. Mignon and her team of professionals.❤️❤️❤️❤️

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Terrifying and horrific experience! I wish GOOGLE gave an option for 0 stars. First of all the staff is extremely rude including the doctor herself. Dr. Mignon is unprofessional and has fake empathy towards her patients. The laser technician is always in a hurry and looks like she hates her job. I went in to get my third treatment done. I was in pain and told the technician to stop. She said its because of hormone changes and she didn't stop and kept going and finished within 10 minutes. She burned my arms! (see pic below). Dr. Mignon stated that this is an allergic reaction and was about to take me in the wrong treatment route and told me to take Claritin. Clearly it was a burn. She refused to accept the fact that the technician had the settings messed up on the machine and burned my arms. Ended up with no refund. They only care about the money. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Dr. Mignon is the best. Very professional, sincere and knowledgeable. She truly cares about her patients and their whole health & well-being. I have trusted her and her amazing staff with my health for almost a decade now, and I highly recommend them.

All patients should be aware of any outstanding balances before coming into the office for an appointment. Information need to be updated and current. I should not be told in August 2023 that I owe a bill from Nov 2022. This appointment was very inconvenient and I'm still in pain! Now I have to spend hours in an ER to help me. This was a very bad experience! And I will be filing a formal complaint.

I am happy with Dr Yvette but I was forced to pay for a telephone visit that was never successful. I tried the first time Thursday @10am and waited 15 minutes. I called the office while I was waiting and rescheduled for 7:30am Friday morning. Waited from 7:25am Friday morning until 7:50am no one ever came to the video. I went to work and was at my desk at work @7:55am I was contacted. It was too late. No one came to the video Dr appointment. But @8 am again while I'm at work I was called and a payment demanded. I believe that was an unfair business practice.
